Did they take TH clothes she was wearing for DNA testing? Oh dear.

Talking about Sauvie Island and the cell pings. Mike Brooks saying those pings put her in the are of Sauvie Island some time that morning. General search been called off - but still searching Sauvie Island.

JVM talking about the comparisons of this case to Haleigh's.

Dale Archer - saying there are comparisons and that the motive in both cases could be the same 'jealously".

When did it go to being a murder case????? :(

talking to a former FBI profiler and the polys

He says "Clearly people who don't pass the poly aren't happy about the process. Always asked by people - if they did it, then why do they take a poly? Shame on them - that is number one focus tool that LE has. One other thing - TH is not a suspect or POI and there isn't a LE officer in this country that doesn't see it"

Interesting discussion.
I just don't buy that DY knew that TH had anything to do with harming her son at that point. It would take acting skills beyond belief to stand next to someone who you know has kept you from your son for over a week (at that point) and could have possibly caused serious or mortal harm to him. :snooty:

:waitasec: I'd be interested if others really believe that it was possible that the family suspected her but stood next to her, hugged her, and held her hand- AND kept up the ruse for two weeks beyond that first presser.

IMO, MOO, etc.

Robert Manwill's family did it all the way past the funeral.

I just posted a whole bunch on the show but websleuths burped on my shoulder. needless to say searches are still being conducted per michelle sigona.. although none today.. but numerous people still being interviewed and we may not be privy to all that information/who they are/what they have to say and that LE is STILL going thru all the questionnaires filled out

seems that Kyron discussion is over now

  • #28
JVM did a good job covering the case today. But I have a bad feeling with this latest news of a need for a RO and maybe past abuse. Where's KYRON?

  • #29
Maybe not so much not liking Kyron, but look at his glasses, they're just like DY's.I got mixed signals of when TH looked up at DY,was it because she wanted to see her reactions, felt quilty or for the audience. We have to remember DY is very pretty, they would all meet once a month to trade off thier kids at a restaurant as one family,so DY was still very much in thier life.So how is she feeling now looking at that statement without her name on it,will it move her to tell what happened? Also how did she feel when DY and KH talked in the national interviews, did that cause a problem this weekend leading to this?

did I post that the one expert said that the body language in the video where all family appeared was suspicious and that TH turns to hugs D and D crosses her arms like don't touch me? If I already posted that sorry.. transcript will be out soon to get it all sorted out

<respectfully snipped>

That's a nice way of putting it! :floorlaugh:

I don't remember that? I was multi-tasking! :D

But I sure did think it when I saw the interview in the first place! When things settle down, that would be a great thread to discuss - body language from that interview.

TH's body language was telling too. She looked like she was robotically trying to hug both DY and KH in this very needy way to gauge how included she was with them. Now I can understand I was seeing some kind of real telling body language. It wasn't in our imaginations.

Who was that FBI profiler - do you know? I haven't seen him before, but I liked him... he was easy on the old eyes & seemed to tell it like it is.

they were (when I caught what I could) talking about how it would be hard for an unknown person to abduct Kyron in this busy school situation

It would be hard for anyone, relative OR stranger, to smuggle a child out of a busy environment without being noticed. But someone did!

IMO, the busy atmosphere of the school that day may actually have "helped" the guilty party. Sometimes, in a busy place, we may actually fail to notice what would impress us as "ordinary" or not atypical. So if a parent is leaving with their child, our minds might not even register it. Also, because of the many people in the school that day, it may have been very easy for a stranger to mix in and be undetected. People might assume that a stranger is a guest of another child. If that stranger is versed in "blending in" then a busy environment might just work in their favor.

As far as "we" know (I surely do hope LE knows!) NOBODY saw Kyron leave with his step-mother or anyone else......so apparently somebody managed to blend in and managed to make nothing they did stand out as suspicious.

WHAT? "Suspect in this murder"?

When did it go to being a murder case????? :(

When the talking head said so. LE is still calling this a "criminal investigation" and that can cover many scenarios, up to and including murder.

Since we do NOT know if SM flunked the first poly, it is erroneous for us to gather from his opinion that TM was unhappy about the process for that reason.

And, as I have said before, not one of the people I know who work in LE would EVER submit to a Lie Detector test, nor would they advise their family members to submit to one. Now, I am just one little lady in SW Louisiana, and granted, the number of LE officials I know can be numbered on my fingers. But I do find it quite amazing that NONE of them would take a LDT....... I have learned enough from talking with them that I would never submit to one, either. And that would be whether I was INNOCENT or guilty!

(BBM)
One of Jane's guest/attorney's said that it "appeared" to her as though there very well may have been previous abuse issues between Terri and Kyron, therefore a judge would grant a RO due to the risk she could/would pose to baby K. If this turns out to be true I WILL BE OUTRAGED! And if true, I wonder if Kaine ever shared this with Kyron's mom Desiree or kept it "within the family" (within their own 4-walls)?? Did anyone else hear this? Did I hear her right? Any thoughts?

I heard that too, nomore.... I think the precious little boy might have tried to tell him Dad and BM, but possibly when confronted, SM denied it, saying he was making up stories. If she is responsible, maybe she snapped & decided to take care of him once & for all. My parents were divorced - when I was around 9 yrs of age I went to stay with my Dad over the summer(who was remarried & his new wife had 3 kids from a previous marriage). My Dad was a fireman & worked 24 hrs on, 24 hrs off. When he was at the fire station, I was not allowed to eat at the dinner table with her kids (she made me sit in a chair by the counter to eat. When my Dad was home, I was given a plate at the table with everyone. I told my Dad what she was doing, but when he confronted her, she denied & said I made it whole story up to cause problems between the two of them. It was evident she didn't like me, but put on a good act around my Dad.
