:seeya::waitasec:

I have 'heard' about JA's "photography portfolio". Did she ever really have one? Has anyone ever seen any photos she shot (outside of her self photos and TA photos, I mean)?

Signed: Curious

:seeya::waitasec::waitasec:

I believe this is one of her pics.

I don't think most of the talking heads watch the entire trial. Several times Nancy has mentioned Jodi talking about Travis with the picture of the young boy. She asked why he would do that KNOWING THAT JODI WAS IN THE NEXT ROOM THE ENTIRE TIME. According to Jodi's story, she had left the house to go home. After about ten minutes, she realized that she had forgotten the angel and went back. She surprised him by walking into his room without knocking. I don't believe this happened, but Nancy doesn't try to get her stories straight. One Friday or Saturday, I was watching one of her programs that recapped the case, and she mentioned Jodi being in the next room again. I just turned the channel because I knew I couldn't count on her facts being accurate.

On some shows, guests have mentioned Juan spending too much time on little things that aren't that important--like the gas cans, whose gun it was, etc. Those people didn't realize that the cans and the gun are being used to prove premeditation.

If you think they are open 24 hours a day except on Sunday, why do they close at 1am on Saturday? I think people are reading the hours correctly. Example...They open Monday's at 6am and close at 1am on Tuesday's. They then re-open at 6am on Tuesday etc. In other words, they are open for 19 hours a day, except on Sunday when they are closed.

I really don't think the hours matter at all. If JM had the bank statement, I'm sure he got a copy of the itemized receipt as well. I just don't see him saying it was gas, if he wasn't sure. :twocents:

i have no idea how you could sit there,i would have been like a kid on Christmas morning.

when you next speak to the family please tell they we all love them and want justice for travis. especially from me all the way from Scotland. Only wish there was something more i could do.
can't believe how attached i've became with this trial, kinda feel like i've got to know Travis, through JM and his family and friends.

i keep playing through verdict day and sentencing in my head and seeing the look on her face, can tell you though i am not looking forward to impact statements, feel like crying when i think of it.

i hope JM finishes his closing statement with something along he lines of "In the words of the defendant herself "if i killed travis i would beg for the death penalty" so please members of the jury, make her wish come true"

Me too. I can't wait to hear the verdict being read out. "As to the charge of first-degree murder GUILTY" and "We the jury fix the penalty at DEATH"
I've never been so anxious for a verdict, not even during the KC trial and I'd followed that case from day one!

I was watching last night when I got home and I and CONVIENCED of the following:

JM has one of us as an insider, either that or we should all go work for the State of AZ!! A LOT of what he questioned her on or pointed out to her yesterday we all talked about the day before. I had my chin on the floor!! :great:

I noticed Nurmi WAS GIVING JA SIGNALS on what or how to answer a question. If you watch him, he puts his pen on the table in front of him when she answers yes to a question, he holds onto it when she is combative with JM on a question. I couldnt believe that I actually caught that! :waitasec:

And last, I am CONVIENCED that the jury sees through all her lies and they see what we all see and she will be convicted and I believe sentenced to Death! :great:

Yes. I think she buried the gun somewhere in the desert, burned her clothes and dumped the washed knife in a dumpster.

i suspect she had checked out a spot to do this before she killed him.

They have to scan the item back into the system...either for return to vendor or return to stock. That's how they keep track of inventory.

And I have NEVER had WalMart give me cash without a receipt. Store credit only. When they give cash, they mark the item off the receipt and give the receipt back to you.

I see written policy that anything under $25 you can get cash and anything over store credit without a receipt. Sounds like a good project for an investigating team.

My understanding is that Walmart will give a cash return on anything under $25 without a receipt. So no receipt given the refund would not be on file.

That is not entirely true. I did get cash once on a return to Walmart because I paid cash and I had to sign for it. I believe the item was $5.00. They have to account for missing money out of their drawer so they would have a record of it, more so with cash then anything else. All money has to be accounted for regardless of what business you are in for tax purposes. jmo

that makes no sense. How would they account for the missing money in the drawer? Ive worked in retail for years and you have to have SOME sort of paper trail unless you want to be accused if stealing money.

And there was a poster yesterday who works for Wal-Mart and they stated that there would be SOME sort of footprint. They dont just hand you money for anything you might bring in to "return"

If you don't have a receipt, they issue a gift card for the dollar amount of the return, even under $25. With our without a receipt, the refund would be on file as they carefully track their cash and inventory and they would need to account for the gas can coming in and the cash going out.

This was a subpoena from the State of AZ to Walmart. They would not have made a mistake. When they said they have no record of a return of that item in that store, they have no record. jmo

Ok this is a pretty odd question, ive been pondering over it for a while and my minds went blank.
What song would be appropriate for a tribute song to Travis? A song a female sings.
Ive been through the usual sarah mclauchlan angel etc but im stuck

A female version of 'Gone too soon'? One Sweet Day? I can't think of any others. Sorry.

However, JM stated in cross yesterday that Walmart-Salinas has NO RECORD of any gas can having been returned on that day in that store, IIRC.

IOW, JA's story about returning the gas can is just another lie! JMVHO

JA would claim he was tugging at that poor girl's arm extremely hard when they were going in circles. That girl is probably not the same to this day. Big mean, Travis getting rough with her.

I'm actually surprised JA didn't appear in the video - jumping in between Travis and that girl. But, then again, according to the pyscho that girl was safe since she was not a little boy.

It is heartbreaking to see anyone just having fun like this knowing how things turned out for the poor guy.

BBM: Actually, I'm not surprised. Arias was not into friends and social activities - just Travis. I guarantee you she was all over him like a wet towel before he even left the dance floor.

Welp I think the only way to end a day like this would be to toss up the stare Jodi went into when she got busted about those gas cans. I'm not sure I've seen Nurmi move as fast as he did today, shooting out of his seat, wailing "approach!". She could do nothing but this...

BUSTED.

Justice sure is sweet.

:cupcake:

LMAO. Thank you so much for this post. ABSOLUTELY PRICELESS! It doesn't get any better than this!
