What’s the latest on this case? Are we going to be years coming to trial? Seems as if it’s moving very slowly.

Unfortunately, we don't have an accessible court site to follow and the last MSM I can find is from August. At that time, the DA's office said this is still an open investigation and they are treating it as a death penalty case, although that decision hasn't been made yet, and won't be until all the evidence has been received by the DA.

Sounds like we'll be waiting awhile.

Maybe they meant 2025 - and changed the hearing from arraignment to just hearing - ?? strange that they would wait 2 years....
