once again, i am not saying nor have i ever said it will work for her in this case, just that this is the direction she is probably trying to go in. some people didn't understand how it was possible to be 'not guilty' of something you have physically done.

right, but the way she'll set it up is that she had no choice but to steal the money. if all her cards were in his place, she could be considered not guilty if somehow coerced into stealing it.

not saying this is the truth, just that in some cases, something like that happening would be considered a not guilty kind of thing.

I gotta go to bed so I wont hear the answer until tomorrow. Can someone please tell me how many charges KC has right now. I thought it was 10 plus the child endangerment, lieing to law enforcement and another one I cant remember. which is dated today 9/14 at 903pm FLorida news 12 that they say they filed an additional 10 charges, (we kept hearing more charges were coming) are these a new 10 for a total of what like 23 charges now??

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Missing Caylee Anthony's mother, Casey, entered a plea on Sunday to 10 felony check fraud charges filed against her last week.

She has also turned down the right to have an arraignment on those charges.

There's also been a timeline set up for a judge's decision on whether to grant an injunction against protests outside the Anthony home.

How do you plead on Sunday? Do courts operate there 7 days a week?

Never heard of that before if they do. Here they are only open 5 days a week except for a warrant judge.

My guess is the Anthony's will try to pay Amy and the bank off to get her to drop the charges. Here it wouldn't matter, since the state would be prosecuting, but I don't know about there.
