The Larry G./LP connection is intriguing. Don't forget that Jose consulted a legal ethics specialist early on. Could this be the reason? Larry could have offered to finance the defense on the condition that he could get inside info by placing "his people" in the loop. His people being LP and team? Where does TP fit in; is he in on it or is he backing off of the entire "plan" before it all hits the fan?

While I appreciate Tracy's insight into the A family dynamics I'm having a hard time seeing where anything she learned can be admissible or useful at trail. Maybe a legal eagle can show me different.

It would be admissible and useful to show that the suspect was not in any way upset or sad or beside herself with worry or refusing to eat or sleep or talking about finding her daughter while out on bond.

Exactly! And, I could see why KC would "try" to keep her mouth shut because her attorney had advised her to, in very strong terms ..... but that would not change her demeanor and her body language, or stop her from crying over anxiety about her "missing" daughter, or being in hysterics over the news that decomp air samples were found and her daughter "may" be dead. She never behaved in a distraught manner - she never said I'm terribly upset but my attorney has told me not to talk to anyone but him. That will say a LOT to a juror, I would think.

I found it very odd that LP's interview was so lengthy, especially since he spent the least amount of time in the home or near Casey. He stated that he got involved because a friend from NY (whom he had known for a long time) called him and they were discussing the case. LE did NOT ask him the friend's name. Why not?

Did LP ever have any dealings with Todd Black or Larry Garrison???

NGC dumped Padilla and his Bounty Hunters show on cable TV, they are distancing themselves from Mr. Padilla as fast as they can, so who financed Leonard Padilla's trip to Florida and his involvement in the Casey Anthony 3 ring circus ?....... This is VERY troubling! Along with the report from Tony Padilla that Leonard talks to Baez almost daily. And Baez said in the Hearing on the 21st that he has been talking to Leonard regularly (and therefore the Padilla crew was noticed on his Motion - they said they never received proper notice). Really really really gives me an uneasy feeling about the media connection!

Tony Padilla: I have no idea. I will share this with you though. Leonard talks regularly with Baez. Almost daily. Supposedly one of the attorneys and an investigator flew to Sacramento over the weekend and met with Leonard.

Maybe this is why we were publicly called "losers"! They know we will figure out every little detail of their co-horting and out them! Tsk! Tsk! They knew from the beginning that if they were doing anything questionable, WS members would figure it out!

I could care less. How is KC not guilty? I guess while she was shopping at Target and getting tattoo's she was totally concerned about her daughter. U know...the one in a bag...the one she can't seem to remember who the father is...stick a fork in this waste of space...she is done. Not much that this "lady" can contribute to society...sincerely. For all the KC supporters...what exactly can she contribute> Would love an answer.

O/t, but ever since I learned in 7th grade history class the truth about Thomas Jefferson, et al presidents and wealthy land owners fathering thousands of slave children, I came to understand, someone's "family tree" may be far more colorful and diverse than what is written in Grandma's bible. ]

DNA evidence shows that A Jefferson fathered slave children, but it wasn't Thomas - most likely an uncle or nephew. To perpetuate this myth does a great disservice to the loyalty and promise TJ made to his wife Martha to never be unfaithful to her or remarry after her death.

Okay, I have my possible theory....

Just spent a few minutes going back to the beginning when the only "player" of this foursome actually joined WS and participated. ( I LOVE the search engine!).

Interesting enough, Tony joined and made his first post on Aug 17th last year BEFORE any of the four even boarded a plane to try to bail KC out (his words...states they have not left for Orlando yet). He continually stated that LP was contacted to get involved and that they did NOT notify the media that they were coming to bail KC out, but a poster clipped a news article with a copy of the email they sent out to the media, saying "What about this?" He never replied. (tie in audio from Tracy about why they got involved in the first place)
On this same early morning, he posted at 1:52 am that he did NOT want any media attention "with the exception of the two tv interviews with Fox News." Just 15 minutes later (2:07 am) he stated he "had not been on TV (about this case) WHATSOEVER" He also complained about how terrible he was treated by the interviewer.

Tricia, sorry to say this, but even back on the first day of his postings, he was voicing his displeasure at this forum and the "BS and lies" and "opinions" of some of those on this forum. For the record, it is because of YOU and the MODERATORS here that I choose to only participate on this forum online! (And I will be happy to buy a t-shirt...size medium, please?)

Back to my theory....not going to keep typing "he said..." "he said..." anyone can pull it up and read for themselves, but what I think is going on is that for whatever reason (plan) that these four got involved in the first place, they have altered the "plan" along the way to keep whatever "gain" they are seeking active.

I think perhaps that LP, TP, and Tracy (have seen nothing about Rob so can't include him) are working in conjunction with Baez and Co to gauge public opinion (for possible change of venue motion?). I think that LP is good in front of the camera, but from what I read, Tony is not a very self confident person, especially in front of a camera with an interviewer and finds it much easier to pose questions and solicit thoughts/ideas/etc through a computer keyboard where he has some time to think about how he is going to reply, and edit it if necessary. We certainly have made it easy for him, even giving him his own "questions for..." forum.
I think this has been going on from almost the beginning of their arrival in Orlando and that Baez has gotten quite a lot of "jury consultation" information in which to try to create a defense from nothing.

I think Tracy is garnering information for Baez about the thoughts and feelings of the Anthonys (KC included) which explains her letters to KC and $$ and emails to Cindy.

(I think) TP is using the internet to gather "public opinion" as well as our thoughts of possible defenses and why they won't work, and then passing it on to.......

(I think) LP is the direct contact (on a daily basis remember?) to Baez and his team directly.

I think Rob may have jumped ship when the poop got too deep. Even his interview with LE seemed very short compared to Tracy's, and he *seemed* like the only genuine "nice guy" of the bunch. But who knows?

There...finally got it out. Hope it didn't sound snippy as that is not how it is intended!Now to try to speculate what they will gain for this involvement??? HMMMM......

This is hilarious!!! I had to log on and respond when I read this. First of all if you ever see me with Baez in conjunction with this case then please shoot me. He has BS'd us and lied to us since the beginning and I wouldn't give him the time of day. We have absolutely no affiliation with anybody except me, Tracy, Rob and Leonard. As for why Leonard is talking with Jose everyday I couldn't tell you. My theory is that he's been out of the loop (No NG and very little TV time). He was very upset when I was on the Today Show and he wasn't even asked. He loves being in front of the camera. As for me I don't mind it at all and if you go back and look I do fine there. If you knew more about me you would know that I am a very confident person. More than you could imagine. I used this forum from day 1 to get the facts and the truth out about our involvement. We were ridiculed for getting involved and I felt that this forum was perfect to speak about the truths of this case. I have never blogged about this case anywhere else. We went to Orlando to try and find Caylee alive. When that wasn't realistic anymore we surrendered Casey and flew home. I actually came home before that. As for Leonard and Baez I have no idea and he isn't telling me a word. Your guess is as good as mine. I haven't talk to that liar since the night Casey got out. And how do you think that the prosecution knew those documents that Baez provided to the court were altered. Focus on the facts. I do not lie!!!! Leonard's interview is very inaccurate to what really occurred. Tracy and Rob's details are almost exactly what happened. Rob hasn't jumped anywhere. We all talk all the time. In fact Rob and I were talking about some of the details regarding the Jose contract just the other day. We all talk but not trying to conspire with Baez. No thanks!!! There I hope I explained myself. But one more thing, it's theories like yours that drives Tracy crazy. When we were in Orlando I would read these things to Tracy and she would go nuts. I mostly read them to her to see her go crazy. I enjoyed it!! Most everybody on here has been very respectful. Some people have quite an imagination (I think way too much TV).
