OMG, I just cannot fathom that idea. It literally makes me sick to my tummy.

I hope and pray I live long enough to see Casey Marie Anthony pay for this crime by way of the needle. I pray she follows in the footsteps of Alene Wournos and stops the appeals so justice can be carried out. And still that will not make Caylee come back or change the past but I surely can see why we have the death penalty here in Texas and Florida. The sooner the better IMO.

The Anthony's had/have an above ground pool and I believe the ladder is an A shaped ladder that you climb up and over the edge of the pool and then down into the pool. I can't for the life of me figure out how Casey would use the shovel to move the ladder, unless she needed the shovel to tip the ladder back until she could reach the top of it get the ladder out of the pool.

Typical above ground pool ladder here:

I just heard Tracys' comment about the ladder in the pool.
From the second I learned the A's had a pool the possibility that Caylee drowned has been the most likely explanation(whether an accident or not). If Cindy was responsible for leaving the ladder in the pool would this explain the family pact to stand by KC, and secretly, Cindy, because they believed Caylees' death was an accident?
Just wondering

Makes sense. KC could have told CA that Caylee drowned because CA left the ladder out. Thereby it is CA's fault..("don't worry, I didn't tell them anything" comes to mind.

With TM stating that KC mentions SEVERAL TIMES about a mis-trial, it makes me womder if JB told her and the Ant's up front that was the plan. It sure looks like HIS plan the way he is proceeding with this case. Help me out on this question legal eagles....IF there were a mis-trial would she not still have to face trial in the future?

only if the SA wants one. hoping for a mistrial is like hoping for a tie in the world series. Lousy defense strategy imo. Odds are better in a second trial for a conviction so I doubt JB would be counsel in trial #2 if a mistrial were declared in #1. This just proves further that he is in this case for the publicity (albeit, bad publicity - but what's that saying????) anyhow, Tracy certainly makes JB look even worse to me, I didn't think that was possible!

I was disappointed that she did not come off more professional, but then again it sounds like Padilla brought his typist to do a job way out of her league, but then again I'm just a loser websleuther according to Tracy.......

Did Tracy say websleuth loser or Casey? I always thought that was Casey's oppinion, of course I could care less, I'm at home with my freedom and she is where she belongs until the grave takes her.

NOT all Irish are red haired and freckled - that's a stereotype - in fact it's not at all typical in Ireland at present to have red hair, freckles and green eyes. Only about 4% to 10% of the Irish population match these characteristics. While 46% of the Irish carry the gene that produces a high level of the pigment, pheomelanin, it is a recessive gene. Nowadays, in Ireland, for women is more typical to have blue eyes and dark brown hair, pink/fair complexion and be under 5'6". In addition, there are the black Irish who are dark hair, pale sallow complexion, dark eyes for example, the actor Colin Farrell. Ireland is a common place of origin for people with the last name Anthony and the name George Anthony dates back hundreds of years in that family.

Wow, you sure seem to know a lot about Irish people and I'm not completely sure why it had to be that in depth but ok :) However, it was reported in an interview (either by GA or someone else) that his name was of Italian origin.

Because she doesn't fit the criteria for legal insanity. She also has no medical or school reports of any mental illness.

She's not delusional as to person, place, time, or circumstance.

In short.. it wouldn't fly.

Andrea Yates almost didn't even make criteria, and she's loony as a toon.

Sociopaths (like KC don't think like normal people do.

KC is not clinically "crazy." She is stone cold. There is nothing in there where normal feelings should be.

She does fit the criteria, if the right expert got paid to testify to it.

Makes sense. KC could have told CA that Caylee drowned because CA left the ladder out. Thereby it is CA's fault..("don't worry, I didn't tell them anything" comes to mind.

I wondered this myself, but when would KC have filled them in on "the truth" that CA let Caylee drown in the pool? Did they have a chance to have this conversation? It definately sounds like something a spiteful b#i$h would do! Frame grandma.....

Whatever she is she does not fit the definition of legally insanity and that's the only thing that counts in a court room. She will be in good company with many others in prison that are not "right in the head". In fact some of her new buddies in prison may take her to school on exactly what crazy looks and acts like.

I agree with you there. It is apparent, that Casey is terribly, terribly, immature, to extreme degree for her age and circumstances (unwed mother). I don't think she really understood how much trouble she was in last summer. She still might not understand. I feel like the behavior described by Tracy is more like that of a immature 12 year old.

I think it's hilarious how Casey was watching NG along with the rest of us when she was arrested. Now I realize why her parents treat her like a delicate flower; there is something seriously wrong with that girl and they know it. They have always known.

They have known and turned the other way. Poor Caylee.

Wonder if and Attorney could be disbarred for purposely "throwing" a trial?

I agree that Tracy certainly did not do him any favors. Heck, he doesn't do HIMSELF any favors. I cannot fathom why Baden and others have jumped on board this ship of fools. Certainly THEY did not need the publicity. This whole thing stinks like dead squirrels plastered on the underside of a car.

I agree with you, I think that's why CA interrupted/stopped KC speaking to TMcL

Im pretty sure Tracy herself said SHE did not do websleuths cause those people are loosers. She did say Casey didnt look for clues via web blogs but Myspace and facebook ( that really means she was playing)

I personally took offense to that remark

Maybe she put the duct tape across her mouth because she didn't want Caylee to scream when she started to drown.

As horrible it is to picture, this has been the first time I have ever felt like there was evidence that included the pool. I know it has been speculated before, but it wasn't until hearing Tracy speak of the ladder being in the pool (I took it as being unhooked and sunken) and KC using the shovel to pull it out, that it really became viable to me.

I'm with ya. I've always suspected the pool was part of this theatre.

Well it sort of came from Tracy in the interview. Maybe she just doesn't know us yet and needs an invite to participate in some of our discussions...or not. No, I really can't take it too personally (ok I could, but I won't).

I keep going back to the whole thing about Casey wanting a mistrial.

I have a feeling that she is confusing a mistrial with an acquittal.

She is not versed enough on legalities to understand that a mistrial simply means that she would likely be tried again, yet an acquittal would mean that she could walk away from this scot-free.

The surname Anthony is not usually Italian, it is usually from England, Ireland, Germany, other parts of Great Britain, or rarely, from Norway. He may be descended from a surname Antonio or Antony, in Italy, but if his last name is Anthony, that likely happened in one of previously listed countries because the H was added to the name in the 17th century in English speaking countries. Or perhaps his mother is Italian and that is what George was speaking of.:)

When JB took KC and Lee out back with the stereo up they started planning. I bet she told CA and Lee the night CA called 911 that it was CA's fault and they had BETTER do what she said or else. I, for one do not believe Caylee drowned. I believe in my heart that it was no accident either. It was done puposefully to hurt CA and to free herself up for a future with poor AL.

KCKCKCKCKCKCKCKCKCKCKCKCKC...............that is ALL she thinks about or talks about. Sick waste of space. HUGE waste.

I actually thought I was passed being shocked about anything involving these people. I was wrong.

Didn't LP mention that it was Tracy who said that Casey told her "they haven't even found her clothes yet." Was there any mention about this at all?
