I dont trust Jose at all. He lied to me a few times. He knew all along what we were doing. We were very honest with him but he was not with us. He tried to use us all along.

well im glad yall were there, every little bit helps put casey where she belongs. Now you know why there is all those lawyer jokes LOL

Hi Tony, thanks for showing up - don't really want to get off-topic on this thread, but do you know if Jose provided the state attorney with the original copy of your agreement, and what the determination was?

I will bump up the thread for that discussion, may be better to answer there -
MM

The last I heard was that he has not provided those original documents.

A lawyer falls in the ocean with a bunch of sharks, you know why they didnt bite him?

professional courtesy LOL

I just heard Tracys' comment about the ladder in the pool.
From the second I learned the A's had a pool the possibility that Caylee drowned has been the most likely explanation(whether an accident or not). If Cindy was responsible for leaving the ladder in the pool would this explain the family pact to stand by KC, and secretly, Cindy, because they believed Caylees' death was an accident?
Just wondering

They've also always covered for her thefts.

They know she killed Caylee deliberately. They're just doing what they've always done.

I'd like to ask Tony something, if he doesn't mind - and thank you!

Is Tracy's laughing during the interview a case of the nerves, or is it just from the 'oh my God I can't believe I saw and heard what I did' place in all of us?

She does seem like she's a very detail oriented person.

Thats just Tracy's personality. She gets a little scatterbrained when she's under the gun a little. Nothing personal because I really like her. I was giving her a hard time about her interview today. We listened to them together (Leonard,Tracy, and me). She was no doubt the perfect person for that job. Leonard and I both agreed that this would not be possible without Tracy.

Tony I'd like to say that I really appreciate all of the honesty that has been given by you and your associates. It has really helped clear up a lot of things for me at least. It will also be very helpful to the state when the time for justice comes around.

Thank you. Do me a favor though and spread the word that I am not writing a book. That was more sarcasm then anything.

Oops, ya really need to be careful what you say in cyber-world as it end up being out there forever!!!!

Very true! Hi Patty!! Always good seeing you here. You have been a great supporter of our efforts.

I do like coming here to see the hot topics. I would love to be here more but work, kids and wife are a full load as it is. I try to get here when I can.

Tony, thanks, as usual for being so nice to Enquiring Minds.

Can you tell us why Tracy asked for immunity before her FBI interview? There was no privilege or confidentiality involved.

TY for trying to answer my question. I guess it just strikes me as odd that it appeared that only George was clearly interested or attempted to grill Casey when she was bonded out. Coupled with the fact that Lee told RD Casey was distraught over the chloroform tests in the trunk/possible decomp when Casey was not and when Cindy tried to make it seem as though there were no fights in the family (ie between Casey and Cindy when it was apparent there were). The whole don't come at us with any preconceived notions bullcrud...when clearly, all it appears they were interested in were not answers just making sure Casey wasn't being taken to task for her lies, etc... Which had this been my household I would have been chasing her around with a frying pan.

I have about 20 minutes if you have questions.

Tracy's description of Casey's demeanor when she got home from jail was different than yours. She didn't mention Cindy holding her like a baby, crying, etc. I'm paraphrasing but she said something like Casey was happy, bragged about the food they snuck in, and acted as if nothing was wrong.

Can you explain this?

I didnt know that she did. Thats news to me.

Figuring Jose to be a typical lawyer and assuming yall signed some kind of contract I can see him sitting in front of a puter, pounding out the breach of contract lawsuits now as we speak. LOL

The surname Anthony is not usually Italian, it is usually from England, Ireland, Germany, other parts of Great Britain, or rarely, from Norway. He may be descended from a surname Antonio or Antony, in Italy, but if his last name is Anthony, that likely happened in one of previously listed countries because the H was added to the name in the 17th century in English speaking countries. Or perhaps his mother is Italian and that is what George was speaking of.:)

O/T I know
I will chime in here and agree. I am Italian born, I have lived in Italy.
I've never come across either(Plesea or Anthony) as an Italian last name..BUT many immigrants last names were changed or altered after arriving in the US long ago.
Last O/T note. My Sicilian born MIL is a natural born Redhead, with green eyes and very pale skin..her family goes back many many generations in Sicily.

Okay that's all I wish to add on this subject on this thread :)
Let's carry on with the title of this thread :)

Tracy's interviews make it clear that something is not right in Anthonyville - most specifically, that KC was not particularly concerned about her daughter's well-being - rather that she wasn't at all concerned and that the rest of the family preferred to "play along" as though nothing had happened. The information she provides is very important...I just wish that she had presented it without her constant haha-snicker as though she were telling a tale that she had witnessed on some stupid tv program. Her constant half-laugh-half-snicker makes her sound a bit stupid and her credibility deserves much more.

MOO

When I was there that's exactly what I saw. I walked in on the 20/20 video Jose was showing. Everybody was crying. Yes even Casey. She cried in front of me when we were one on one. At the same time she was very happy and merry. A huge range of emotions. She worked the room and made sure everybody was doing good. She was a tremendous server/waiter for me when I was there.
