This woman spent NINE - yes NINE frikkin' days with KC and never heard her mention a word of worry for her daughter's whereabouts and she says nothing about this directly. All she can find it within herself to recount is silly stories about watching the Hills and KC strapping a friggin' watch to her ankle so that they looked alike? Does this woman have a BRAIN? Can she perhaps someday, somehow find it within herself to draw some OBVIOUS conclusions? Nope. She snickers her way along recounting obvious sociopathic behaviors and recounts them in and almost "normal" manner as thought they weren't either shocking or un-acceptable....giggling throughout. Is there anyone NORMAL in this whole case?

Just ONE normal individual could have made such a difference.

KC will be found guilty; I have no doubt. But this woman's testimony - giggles included - ain't nothin' to write home about.

I really wish Tracy would have asked KC where Caylee was when she was fishing the ladder out of the pool with the shovel.

Back to the interview, can anyone speculate as to a reasonable explanation as to why KC would have put all the effort into:

Going next door.....asking to borrow a shovel.....returning home.....leaning over the side of the pool to fish the ladder out.....returning the shovel (approx 10 min)

As we know, KC doesn't put a lot of effort into anything she does, so wouldn't it have been easier and less effortless to just get in the pool and hoist the ladder back up and over the side? (approx 2 - 3 min.)

From photos of Cindy and George in the pool with Caylee, it was above ground and not much above waist deep. Seems less time and effort to slip over the side and pull it up with her foot....wouldn't even have to get hair wet!

Because she doesn't fit the criteria for legal insanity. She also has no medical or school reports of any mental illness.

She's not delusional as to person, place, time, or circumstance.

In short.. it wouldn't fly.

Andrea Yates almost didn't even make criteria, and she's loony as a toon.

Sociopaths (like KC don't think like normal people do.

KC is not clinically "crazy." She is stone cold. There is nothing in there where normal feelings should be.

You are so right. Remember that even Jeffrey Dahmer was not found to be criminally insane and was imprisoned with the general population.

I thought of Tracy's demeanor a little differently. Tracy has probably seen some pretty "out there" stuff while working with the Padillas and Rob (Tony can speak more to that)-In her mind, KC just seemed like a ridiculous parody of a grieving mother. She may have been laughing at the very sound of the silly things she was having to tell the LE that KC was doing.
Remember when IDonov said that killing did not shock him so much because he had seen a lot in Iraq (my paraphrasing)? I am sure Tracy has heard or seen a lot of freaky things in her career as well, and maybe this ranked up there as laughably stupid (Not the murder, the LaLa land the a'S were living in).

I liked this girl- the Anthony's never had her fooled. She sees what we do, ya know? They are like a comedy show, the Anthony's! Ya think about all the crap they pull and you cannot help but to shake your head. Nothing about these people is right.. their entire thought process is warped!!! All of them!! What can you do but toss your hands up, shake your head and laugh, ya know?

I agree. Today's release of this interview is very interesting to all of us who were dying for news about what went down inside that house as soon as she was released, but in terms of the trial itself, I don't think it is going to play much in proving guilt that KC committed the murder.....especially if the defense objects to any inferences Tracy makes as to what KC's behaviors/statements/lack of mean since she cannot be deemed an expert in this area.

Other than finding poor Caylee's body, this is a huge bomshell in my opinion. Tracy M shows an insight of KC's mindset. She did not care at all about her missing daughter. She came out of jail and was flirting with men on Myspace, had a crush on TM's son, took the entire thing for a joke and even wanted to have matching anklet bracelets with TM. When the air samples were mentioned it would have been the first time that KC would have known that Caylee was indeed dead and her response was "many people had access to the car"… a defensive response, not a shocked response of "OMG, my daughter may be dead".

TM's testimony will show that KC did not have a single worry about her missing possibly dead daughter. She just wanted to watch the Hills!!!

No wonder JB didn't want this admitted.

Sociopaths are charming and endearing.
Tony has mentioned she was working the room and being the hostess to all her "admirers".

Casey was and is in her element. All eyes on her. It won't phase her that people say horrible things about her. They are talking about her, and that is all that matters.

Casey is the center of attention and is in control. And childless. And controlling Cindy's access to her. She has probably never been happier.

Fox 35's 6PM newscast just had a live report from Holly B, at the end of it she said that they checked jail records and Tracy has sent letters to Casey and also money for her jail account!!!???

Maybe Tracy is just maintaining a relationship with her hoping that one day KC will tell her what really happened to Caylee. I mean lets face it...KC doesn't have many friends and it's not like she's going to open up to just anyone...if she ever opens up at all.
As it stands now, we will probably never know exactly what happened to Caylee.

It is abundantly clear that KC's reality is not reality. It is her made up world. No consequences for anything. Just create whatever story you want...people should just go right ahead and believe the story no matter how much evidence contradicts it. IMO it is both learned behavior and just who KC is. No wonder she didn't have very many good friends. It is also clear why she guy hopped all over Orlando. A few weeks with her...and most guys are scratching their heads thinking, "She ain't right." But hey, I am no defense attorney. This case in JB's and KC's deluted minds is going to wind up in a mistrial. LMAOROTF. But then that was before the baby's remains were found. Before. So who knows. LP was right when he said she thinks about ten minutes ahead and that is it. If she is convicted and does get the DP...what will she be thinking during her "dead man walking" route...????

Do we know whether or not Tracy had done any previous work for Leonard in the past? I thought someone referred to her as being quite young (?) but also read that Leonard has been friends with her husband for 25 odd years?

Was this job in Orlando a one-shot deal, or had she been an employee of his for a lot longer?

Yes, Tracy said she had worked with LP before, mostly in a computer-savvy capacity, IIRC (it is sad that I am already unsure about that, and i just listened to her interview a few hours ago!)

At the same time that TP tells us (again this evening) that LP is and has been in almost daily contact with Jose Baez, although he hasn't speculated at what they are discussing...

So Tracy is hoping to get a confession from KC and LP is hoping to get ????? from JB
