I listened to Tracy's interview and thought she was very credible. It's unfortunate that it was not a video interview as I think the visual would have 'possibly' put the laughter in a different perspective.
To me it just sounded like she was in total disbelief (like holy crap) of what she was seeing and hearing in those 9 days. I thought that was what made it even that more credible. She sure sounds like a person who is grounded and expected what would normally be acceptable behaviour and finding 'nothing that resembles it'. (Hope that made sense)
I know I work with some people that are totally 'out to lunch' and if I share an occurrence I may laugh at the incredulousness of it. imo Tracy will be a good witness
