If I am reading this right then you are way off. Tracy really connected with Casey. Had she not formed a connection/relationship then she would have not been able to get anything out of her. Look how Leonard handled it. He wnt into that house cussing and shouting and calling her names and acting like a fool. She threw hisout of there. The same would have happened to Tracy. I really believe that had Leonard not acted that way that Casey would have opened up more and possibly and I say possibly would have said more. Strictly speculation on my part but thats an interesting story in itself.
Tony, I did say that I had never been in that situation. I will try and clarify..I know that Tracy was very valuable and useful in getting things out of KC that she shared w/ LE. I'm not questioning her usefulness. I was just wondering if a person would need to form a real connection (that apparently continued till recent months) to acheive that goal. I could imagine pretending to like KC, feel sorry for her, play her silly games, have stupid conversations, etc, all for the end result of being able to get useful info. Then, when the job was done, the acting is done, and you kick her to the curb where she belongs. That is what I was trying to say. I don't understand the need to form a connection, good or bad, w/ someone of this character. But, as I have said in this forum before, I am very cynical. So, that's how I see it. As for LP, I have also said that I think he is a mixed bag, so to speak. I haven't agreed w/ everything he has done or said. But, I wonder how frustrated and pissed he got after knowing that she wasn't going to talk and tell any of you anything useful. Maybe he thought under some pressure (good cop, bad cop) she'd crack. And respectfully, I disagree w/ you. KC wasn't going to tell the truth or give anyone anything workable to help find where Caylee really was. LP going off on her didn't alter that in any way. IMO, she parceled out exactly what she wanted Tracy to know.
