If you have gone back and edited your post - which I also do, usually to correct typos - the "edit" sign appears on your post. When none appears it means the person who wrote the post did not edit it.

Actually it seems more like a time factor, if I post this then immediately go in and edit, even several times, it doesn't show edit. If I wait awhile (x amt of time) before going in to editthen it does.

Sorry I never timed it out, but this seems to be the answer.

Okay...I just found this and thought it was interesting...I know that know one really believes that "the Nanny did it" BUT I keep getting stuck on the descriptions that lee gave of ZG. So I did some research and found this. If you look that the last name listed with the Date of birth being 1/11/86..it would make her early 20's. I know that she has yet to be found, but this does prove there is a 20 something year old woman by the name of ZG out there. Any thoughts?

Casey went to HS with someone named ~Z~ the last name was different though, at that time.

Why not be clear? Why deduce Caylee to initials?

Give me a break. Nobody does that.
\

Because he wasn't talking about Caylee at all. I guess his mother had more balls than he did because she came right out and talked to Casey directly.

I haven't had time to read all 36 pages of this thread nor the transcripts, but I watched some snippets of it and I have to make a comment here.
First of all, it seems to me Mr. Morgan is wearing two hats. He is acting as attorney for his client, and also trying to act as prosecutor. A lot of the questions have absolutely NOTHING to do with clearing his client's name, and EVERYTHING to do with the criminal case against Casey. Asking Lee who he referred to as CMA in the memorial... what did that have to do with ZG? I said the same thing when I read the list of questions he wanted Casey to answer, because there were some questions that should be left to the prosecutors in the criminal case.
This deposition should have taken no more than 20 minutes if he had stuck to questions regarding his client's civil case, and it stretched into 3 hours? And I heard him state last night that it was not over, they intended to continue it on Monday. WTH? Mr. Morgan is stepping WAY over the line for his client, and someone should put a stop to it.
I don't blame George or Cindy for trying to postpone their depositions. This man should NOT be allowed to do this to this family, in spite of how gleeful everyone seems to be about it!! He is out to publicly humiliate them, and he has no legal right to delve into the criminal matter outside of how it affected his client, and a lot of the things he talked about last night was way beyond that.... he was analyzing Lee's body language and suggesting things that were completely removed from ZG's case. When was he hired by the state attorney's office to prosecute? How does he know when to switch hats? This is completely ridiculous, and he should be ashamed... if not disbarred!
I know that it is the general consensus here to hate all the Anthonys, but I am surprised that some of the legal eagles her can't see the ramifications of this whole thing, maybe they did and I missed it.
If JM was improper in any sense of the word, wouldn't it then be TL's place to object to the line of questioning? That TL allowed his client to answer "most" of the questions (wish I had a percentage), tells me the line of questioning was permissable under the law. But, on a side note, let's not forget that LA may have other "problems" to deal with down the road. Perhaps, TL wanted to present his client as "cooperative" and allow him to show his "nothing to hide" face?

Someone asked this earlier in the thread and I lost it ... but I wanted to answer anyway in case any of you still wanted to know.

What does objection to "form" mean?

One might object to a questions form, when they believe the question itself was phrased to be ambiguous or vague. Generally, the question would be withdrawn and rephrased to be more on point, less wordy. I was surprised at some of the objections to form when the questions were already on point ... Morgan or the other attorney should have asked Luka ... what is wrong with the question? If they had done that a few times it would have probably hushed overuse of that particular objection ... and also if they want to use that portion of the depo in court a judge will have to first rule on the objection ... without making defense clarify why he objected there is a chance that the judge will rule to disallow the question and subsequent response ... from there other responses could be disallowed if they are proven to stem from the same sustatined objection.

I hope that makes sense!

. . . and remember how hard they all laughed when they were talking about how the public thought they talked in code?

I'm guessing they would be "one size fits all" with the wonderful "scrunch option". :woohoo:
HAHA~ From when we bang our head on the table?

The thing that dawned on me again this morning that disproves any ZFG ever existed is that Casey was asked by LE how she met ZFG and she said, "she used to sit for one of her co-workers (or a friend of her's), a gentleman she mentioned, I forget his name. But when LE investigated that info, it turned out that that guy had never known a ZFG, and never let a ZFG watch his own kid. So there is no ZFG really, Casey is a liar and the debate as to whether or not there was ever a ZFG that watched Caylee should be laid to rest.

Thanks for adding that...it's true.

I agree. There were questions asked that made me :waitasec: , only to see within Lee's answer the reasoning behind the question. I'm going back and listening a second time later today. Hopefully, with less distractions. I'll try the tinfoil hat this time.

Maybe if we all drink a lot of "Kool Aid", then listen again. It will all make sense.

I'm sure he was checking its length.

Rumor or not, I'm convinced it is a cremation bracelet.

Ahhh! I didn't think Lee gave it up..That's never gonna happen!

I believe it's possible cos I always believed (the rumor) she was cremated BEFORE the memorial..Right after Dr. Lee was supposed to be in town to do the defense autopsy around the end of Dec?

ZG is not an uncommon name. Of course there is a ZG in her 20's out there. But Casey is the one who put a dead Caylee in her trunk, drove around for 2 two days, leaving behind decomp and a strand of hair with a deathband on it.

That's not nervous laughter he's exhibiting. Nervous laughter would be a little tee-hee and you'd try to keep it under control. Laughing out loud (yes, LOL) inappropriatlely like that, roaring laughter when his niece has been murdered, his sister is charged, his family is torn asunder...there's definately something wrong there, emotionally.

He also laughed uproariously when talking about the stench of human decomposition coming from Casey's car. Think about it. Can you imagine? If you smelled the horrific smell of the rotting body of someone you loved? You react like George reacted, by vomitting. Not laughing like someone told the joke of the century.

When I'm grieving, nothing on earth can even make me crack a smile, much less laugh my a$$ off.

Something's very wrong with this picture. IMHO.

He better lay off the Crest White Strips before the trial. If he thought the smell of human decomp and the deposition was funny, he'll be rip-roaring laughing during the trial. The jury will have to wear protective sunglasses to avoid the glare of those whiter than white toofers.

Snipped
I can't believe Lee used the word plethora! I use it jokingly when I am trying to sound pretentious, but I think he used it seriously.

Hey there, Mac-- Did you also hear him describe Casey's stunned shock/lack of action at JBP as Casey being in "stasis"? He used both words correctly (although, I had to look up "stasis" and I'm a freakin' writer) LOL

Many here think he's not very smart--that he uses big words he doesn't really understand, however, I disagree on both points. BUT here's a sharp contrast that makes him seem crafty or sly to me, and it's this: He does have a good vocabulary, yet he also makes a few glaring grammatical errors, i.e.: "Where else would she have went?" And "Her and Caylee" And "I don't know where she's at..."

I know the obvious explanation would normally be that he uses "big" words he doesn't understand to make himself seem smarter than he is, but I think he is smart. I also think there's nothing completely "normal" about this guy, and his speech patterns don't jive with me. They're evidence of something--just like his inappropriate laughter--but I don't know what that "something" is. LOL.

Every time LA speaks proudly of "our family," I hear, "our coven."

I don't ever put the reason either so maybe that's why mine don't show up as edited either?

I will agree, Casey is one big liar.

The gentleman has the initials JH. I'm not sure if I can post his name, but Casey also went to school with someone with the same name. She claims they aren't the same person.
