Well, Cindy would have had no legal grounds to keep Casey from leaving with Caylee. If Casey downloaded a picture at 9:37am on the 16th then that blows that theory UNLESS is was Cindy looking for them? I don't know anything about photobucket but could Cindy dl a pic without Casey's password?

It could be that the password was saved and the user name was all that was needed to be typed in. I thought CA was at work though.

Usually if you go to an apartment complex you fill out a form, then they copy your license if they show you an actual apartment. It's for the protection of the person leasing it. Maybe she got interrupted while filling it out and left of the "z"?? I still don't get why there were 2, unless she looked at those apartments on two different occasions? JMO.

ETA..How do we know that ZG didn't fill out the card?

Speaking as a former apartment community manager, sometimes if we were extremely busy w/ people having to wait to be shown an apartment, we would ask them to go ahead and fill out the guest card. Otherwise, its something the leasing agents normally do. In recent years most companies are not allowed to make copies for driver's licenses anymore. The leasing agents actually keep the license w/ the guest card w/ another employee, or, if they are working alone, in a locked room/desk while they go out to show apartments. Then they return the license to the prospect when they finish the tour.

She heard them breathing with their door closed. Snoring I can understand, but not just breathing.

2)She walks up to the manager & says .."I'm here to look at an apt....My name is Zenaida Gonzalez"

3)He mistakenly hears "Cenaida" instead of "Zenaida"

4) So He puts "C. GONZALEZ" down on the registration card

5) When he finishes showing her the Apt. & puts her name down on the other "Form?"

6) He spells Gonzalez this way.....> GONZALE

Yes she could have left the house & parked nearby & it sounds like a likely thing to do after such a fight.

What has me wondering is the "Pooh" blanket.

Maybe she did leave the house with Caylee & took the Blanket with her so Caylee could sleep in the car.

Would Cindy let Casey walk out of the house with Caylee after such a fight?

I really don't know ...Just speculating.

I'm leaning towards Casey "choking" Caylee in her room in a fit of rage.

After the fight with Cindy I think Casey was mad enough to do it.

Very possible.....I can see the both of them going to their rooms & slamming doors behind them.

Caylee would have most likely been awake & crying from all the yelling.

Yes, I can see that. Caylee wouldn't stop crying, so Casey taped her mouth shut and choked her. MOO

Totally. I can't tell you how many times I've been in a hurry, been lazy, hungry, tired, scatter brained, or whatever, and left a letter off the end of a word! We've probably all done it.

Exactly. Some places actually require a completed application before showing the prospective tenant an available apartment.

In CA deposition, when she was making a big fuss about ZG, she asked ZG if she had signed the form. CA said ZG shook her head YES. So I am assuming that this ZG did indeed go to Sawgrass Apts and filled out a form.

Yes I saw that as well! I think I remember when they were looking in KC's wallet didn't CA grab her Penney's card and make a comment about KC taking it? See if she would have kept her mouth shut CA could have said that KC had permission to use that card as needed. I think CA shot herself in the foot early on and couldn't go back and "fix" what she said.

I never believed George saw Caylee on the 16th either.

His description of her was too exact & he remembered the exact time.

His description of what Caylee was wearing also matched a "Tip" that was called in just before George made that statement.

It was like he was purposely matching Caylee's clothes to the "Eyewitness Sighting" of Caylee so it would lend credence to his..."Story"

I've never believed that George saw Caylee on the 16th for the same reason's you cited. I remember him saying, "normal, just like any other day." That's what he and Cindy wanted to portray.........that there was nothing unusual that happened in the 24 hours prior to Casey and Caylee leaving. It was a cover for the fight between Casey and Cindy.

In English "CE" would be pronounced "SE" as in "cent" or "censure."

That was my first thought with the C being there first. Just another coincidental. I just don't see how Zenaida could sound like it starts with a C, unless the person filling out the card was deaf and lip reading..just joking, someone enlighten me.

Use the same sound you use in the name Cindy.

IF Casey JUST killed Caylee, she wouldn't have been to eager to sneak into her parent's house JUST to upload a picture of Fusian. She'd wait until after George went to work like she did every other one of times she snuck into the Anthony house during the 31 days she and Caylee were "gone".

Plus she could have been at her *safe place* (Tony's apartment) sooner.

Tony did a question and answer session on the SM site. He thought Casey was at her parent's house and said LE told him that is what Casey's phone pings indicated. Which is what the phone pings released in the doc dumps say too.

I think Casey locked herself in her room with Caylee after the fight and spent the night until 3 a.m. whining to Tony hoping he would offer his apartment to take BOTH her and Caylee. By around 7 a.m. the next morning Casey was checking her voice mail, calling and texting. Then at 9:37 a.m. she uploaded the photo of Fusian to her photobucket account.
