If that's his logic he's crazier than I thought! The only salvation he has is with the DP he won't be lead counsel, so he can blame somebody else for the BIG LOSS the defense is going to have. :D MOO

That makes sense! :)

But, I do feel that JB is concerned about family visits, and the fact that they're taped. Cindy and George are loose cannons and could get angry and blurt something out.

Yup. I bet they could determine it came from a particular dog, even. I bet there was Yorkie hair on the duct tape.
Yes, I know they can do that. It was even done with cat hair in one case. MOO

Just thinking that maybe there was dog hair on the duct tape which could be matched with hair in the brush from the home CA gave the detectives and they needed the vet to confirm the match from the same dog??

There are so many things that unequivocally point to KC committing this heinous crime. I don't think the prosecution is worried about this case. 31 days without reporting her daughter missing, partying as usual, smell of death in the car and the unique duct tape. That's just the tip of the iceberg. It's open and close, IMO.

Yes, and I always wondered how LE knew it was hidden in the wheel wheel and why they came and got it in the wee hours of the morning.

I think it may relate to the confrontation LP says George had with Casey.

I think all parties are concerned with the family visits, but since GA/CA are both on tv all the time, I think he's mainly concerned about what his client might blurt out that would be used against her. Something like her little tirade on the previous family visit, you know. :) MOO

Lots of peeps in wheel chairs can still have kids. Do I need to post a link?

Yes, I am aware...but it is a much more difficult process if you are paralyzed from the waist down.

The only snakes i know of that eat carrion are pet snakes. My corn eats frozen mice. It'd be all over any rats in the area though...The idea of anything eating Caylee makes me want to bawl my eyes out.

I thought he would be worried about what they might say, but now that it has been mentioned, I wouldn't be surprised if he wants to make sure they don't talk to her about taking a plea.

It all depends on the severity of the injury. Some just can't walk and everything else works. Not that this has anything to do with anything.:waitasec:

Caller..........have GA and CA gone back to work.

Answer........no, they're busy working with KidFinders trying to find missing children

Who has time for a real job when you're on a media tour -trying to influence a jury pool, and also trying to sell pics of your murdered granddaughter to the highest bidder?! I wonder how much dough CBS paid the A's for this little act, er...I mean....interview?

I was watching an episode of Forensic Files last week and then happened to watch a show about the birth cycle of canines and I heard some interesting facts about geneology and DNA testing. Doggie DNA is alot easier and less complicated to identify and explain than human DNA because since domestic breeds are decendants from wolves and there about 350 breeds, the gene pool is much more narrow than humans.
And I do know that Yorkies are a breed that do not shed, the hairs break or are pulled out when grooming and such. There is a great chance that there is root material to test if in fact they had found dog hairs on the tape. Is there any record anyhwere that they took samples of blood from the family dogs? Interesting....

Really....?

I missed that....That would explain the need for a firearms expert

Maybe The state needs them to testify that the casings were "Old" and had been there for quite some time...Long before the body

I just don't think Caylee was shot

I'm not suggesting she was shot.
Back when the evidence was released about the findings on
Suburban Dr, a friend of mine commented on the finding of 2 bullet casings, I just spent a long time searching up in our document thread, but I do not see any casings listed in the evidence doc.
I'm still checking tho

For what it's worth, evidence collected at remains site 15/12/2008:

Metal fragment (possible projectile) Baseline marker L8, J-60032 Item #4. OSCO to FBI No.Q-176

Bumping.

Thanks, I think that was what my friend was referring to as bullet casings.:)

He does not want the public to see Casey at all, only the new image they want to present of her each time she appears in court. Remember, there is alot of damage controll here. All of the pics of Casey pole dancing, partying while her daughter was decomposing, the taped visits with her parents when she was obviously not acting like a mother that was desperate to find her child.

Maybe the Medical examiner found a "Mark" or "Cut" on one of Caylee's bones

The Vet could be called to say it was not from an animal & the Tool expert could testify that the mark matches a Tool in the Anthony home.

Just thinking out loud
------------------------------
I think the Medical Examiner said there were no marks on the bones (sorry) but I wonder if there could have been marks on her clothes. The Vet could still judge as to whether or not the marks were made by an animal. A tool expert would recognize marks from a tool, maybe even which tool. I do think we are all on the right track. :):)
-------------------
O/T I keep praying I live long enough for the trial..I am very "long in the tooth".
