Just thinking that maybe there was dog hair on the duct tape which could be matched with hair in the brush from the home CA gave the detectives and they needed the vet to confirm the match from the same dog??

There are so many things that unequivocally point to KC committing this heinous crime. I don't think the prosecution is worried about this case. 31 days without reporting her daughter missing, partying as usual, smell of death in the car and the unique duct tape. That's just the tip of the iceberg. It's open and close, IMO.

I think all parties are concerned with the family visits, but since GA/CA are both on tv all the time, I think he's mainly concerned about what his client might blurt out that would be used against her. Something like her little tirade on the previous family visit, you know. MOO

I thought he would be worried about what they might say, but now that it has been mentioned, I wouldn't be surprised if he wants to make sure they don't talk to her about taking a plea.

I was watching an episode of Forensic Files last week and then happened to watch a show about the birth cycle of canines and I heard some interesting facts about geneology and DNA testing. Doggie DNA is alot easier and less complicated to identify and explain than human DNA because since domestic breeds are decendants from wolves and there about 350 breeds, the gene pool is much more narrow than humans.
And I do know that Yorkies are a breed that do not shed, the hairs break or are pulled out when grooming and such. There is a great chance that there is root material to test if in fact they had found dog hairs on the tape. Is there any record anyhwere that they took samples of blood from the family dogs? Interesting....

I'm not suggesting she was shot.
Back when the evidence was released about the findings on
Suburban Dr, a friend of mine commented on the finding of 2 bullet casings, I just spent a long time searching up in our document thread, but I do not see any casings listed in the evidence doc.
I'm still checking tho

He does not want the public to see Casey at all, only the new image they want to present of her each time she appears in court. Remember, there is alot of damage controll here. All of the pics of Casey pole dancing, partying while her daughter was decomposing, the taped visits with her parents when she was obviously not acting like a mother that was desperate to find her child.

Maybe the Medical examiner found a "Mark" or "Cut" on one of Caylee's bones

The Vet could be called to say it was not from an animal & the Tool expert could testify that the mark matches a Tool in the Anthony home.

I think the Medical Examiner said there were no marks on the bones (sorry) but I wonder if there could have been marks on her clothes.The Vet could still judge as to whether or not the marks were made by an animal. A tool expert would recognize marks from a tool, maybe even which tool. I do think we are all on the right track.
