So, according to Casey, Zanny was the last person to be seen with Caylee.

They are the only media outlet that mentioned this particular interview and I'm no longer seeing any mention of it on their website anymore.

There are lots of behaviors, IMO, that can and do say "guilty"...in Casey's case not calling LE, providing false info to LE regarding the disappearance of her daughter, the smell in the trunk and the burial site with evidence included there, point to one person...you guessed it, Casey !

Yeah, but she avoided her parents the entire time her daughter was missing, skipped out of the nightclub when her brother was about to show up, created a fake nanny and fake job, asked her mom for one more day, did not report her child missing nor tell anyone about the "kidnapping" and had no money with which to skip town and start a new life.

i have a black lab 1 year old ( that i love with all my heart )

one day i found a box of crackers on her bed, the box was chewed up and most of the crackers were eaten. i never saw her eat a single cracker nor did i see her shread the box into a zillion pieces, i found cracker pieces in her favorite chair, i also found out that she was not hungry for her supper..

i guess it could have been any other dog in the neighborhood

i guess it could have been a neighborhood kid trying to blame her

i guess it could have been one of my own kids

i guess it could have been the mailman

i guess it could have been a cat in the area that got thru the locked doors

maybe it was me doing a little sleep walking and it was me

course i never saw her eat any cracker or shred the box....

i guess i will NEVER KNOW ,.......................cough cough who did the crime

no accident. if it was an accident she would have been freaked out and grieving beyond control. at least a "loving mother" as described by the ants would.

EGGGGZACTLY Manatee: the A's can't have it both ways. If she is such a loving mother, then she would be freaked out and if Cindy believes she was so scared...well then her behavior would have been different had Caylee died accidently or even been kidnapped. These statements and the actions you see displayed don't add up. We have to believe the actions because the A's have reason to lie and to distort. You can't trust the loved ones to be objective.

To those who like to state that there is no set grieving pattern, everyone is different, there is no handbook on how someone will react - to a certain degree that may be true but you cannot make that arguement here because the behavior IS SO FAR OUTSIDE ANY PERCEIVABLE POSSIBLE REACTION OF ANY PERSON AFFECTED BY AN ACCIDENTAL DEATH OR KIDNAPPING OF THEIR CHILD.

But seriously, people may behave differently, but there is a line that can be crossed and KC has criss crossed it.

That is why the defense has its hands full - there really will not be any defense of her actions and the jury will be left to decide.

Jurys are the fact finders - it is their job to weigh this and they will use their own inner meters to determine if they think these actions will show guilt by lack of empathy or guilt by celebration.

I understand what you are saying but I cannot allow myself to do anything that could potentially help get KC off. Because I believe she is 100% guilty of this crime. And I am really beginning to fear that something so obvious (like KC killing Caylee) will become obscure behind trickery from the defense and KC could actually end up walking. Of course maybe there is poetic justice in that as she would have to go back home to live with G and C. But even knowing the torture that would be for all of them, it's not enough for me. She must pay through our justice system for her crime. I don't think I'd ever get over it if she didn't. jmo

I understand how you feel about injustice. How we feel is not going to decide the case.

When OJ walked, I was stunned. I'll never forget that feeling of whadda ya know, it does pay to be rich and famous in more ways than one!

That picture along with many of the others shown on NG were from before Caylee was missing. Do you see how the media can influence you opinion of a person. I know she was at Fusian, but they also mixed in a lot of photos from before June 16, 2009.

Let me give you an example I learned in law school. You could have a women who hates her husband and wants him dead. She even plans out killing him and then while he is asleep or so she thinks she stabs him. She finds out later, he had already died from a heart attack.

Should she be guilty of killing her husband?

Let's relate this to this crime. At this point we don't have proof KC killed Caylee so just becuase she lacks emotion or appears to be partying doesn't make her the killer.

everyone is different. The lady who just was in the news didn't freak out. She made up some story that she was attack when in fact she dump the kids on the other side of town. I see no DP there.

Your right! I don't like her,but i do want justice for that baby. I do think they have more evidence then what we are seeing to and i think it will come out at trial like i said but i don't want her convicted on the sole purpose of how me or anyone else feels about her. I want her to be convicted because that baby deserved a life just as much as her and i feel in my head and my heart that she killed that little girl. This about Caylee imo and the justice she needs regardless of how i feel about Casey.

Tonia, :blowkiss: Look at your beautiful avatar. There will be justice. Earth cannot behold all that is good. It's a fact. I hate it here sometimes but God wants us to stay until He calls. All we can do is try to bring goodness and not pain to those in our midst.

Further proof that evil is alive and well. Who can deny it?

I agree. I think the Body Farm and the photos will not be brought in. Without those, you can't really prove there was a body in her trunk other than CA's phone call and she isn't an expert. Then you look a the other evidence and there is just not enough there.

I expect that the Body Farm evidence will be heard ... I can't think of a single reason for it to be kept out. It will no doubt be challenged by defense experts! Then it will be up to the jurors to decide how much weight to give it. Basically, the same can be said for the party photos ... I think that the defense will object on either relevance or prejudicial over probative value. I believe that the judge will allow them in since it goes to counter KC's own statement that she spent the whole month looking for her daughter. And even if the judge doesn't allow the photos due to an objection of relevance the SAO will probably be able to get them in on cross examination to counter any character witnesses JB might call.
