Cindy is the one who told Annie Casey didn't graduate.

Right -- and Lee said the same thing to Tony and friends on July 15. My question is why did Cindy have to tell Annie. Why would Annie have been surprised by this. Why didn't Annie know this already. It would seem that it would have been common knowledge within their circle of friends.

I think once alone, AD immediately told KC, whatever you tell me, your parents and/or police are going to want to know, so don't tell me anything.

As for the slumber party and movie, remember when KC was in jail and she was complaining that she couldn't find the real kidnapper because she had no access to a computer, phone or her friends? Instead of watching a blasted movie, why wasn't she doing her own investigation to find her child? She wasn't wearing an ankle bracelet the first time she was released was she? This is just a rhetorical question because we all know why she wasn't trying to find Caylee.

Annie is full of BS.She didn't want to know anything from Casey yet she had a load of questions for Tony.

I thought AD was just a little uneasy when asked about the Xanax. If I am correct, it seemed the only time that I saw her atty scoot up, where you could see his head for a sec. He scooted in next to her then. Wonder if there is any connection with CA and AD as far as the Xanax goes. Didn't LE take some Xanax from the home on one of their visits?

I have to say that I find it really disturbing that Annie & Casey sat & watched a Movie while Caylee was missing.

Well, we can't be surprised at Casey since it seems one of the first things she did after Caylee's murder was to rent movies and just as you said "birds of a feather" ~ AD is Casey's friend so I really wouldn't expect much else. It seems the decent friends she had she either stole from, used or dumped. MOO

I listened to the Depo and I did find that Annie was a little more reliable but I do think that she is trying to distance herself from all the craziness. I think that there is more that she knows then what she is saying. The "I didnt want to know" came out once to many times for me. Human nature makes us curious and it is a normal response but to keep saying I didnt want to know...who would not have wanted to know what to caylee espeacially someone who called herself her "best friend"

ITA with you -- I think she know a lot more and that Morgan and LE know that she knows and are quite deliberately not asking for more at this point. But I feel like the insinuation is there, and the defense will surely know it.

I agree and find her statement rather odd too. I believe she knows what Casey did and just doesn't want to get "involved" in the case against her.

Was KC supposed to graduate from high school the same year as Annie? If so, I'm confused. How likely is it that Annie didn't know that she didn't graduate? I know they didn't hang out together outside of school back then, but with all those friends in common, it's hard for me to believe that they wouldn't have talked and that not graduating would have been common knowledge.

I'm sure she knew she didn't walk with her class but that doesn't mean that she didn't graduate. I just means she didn't walk at the ceremony. Some choose not to walk for no reason other than not wanting to, other's may have to do summer school to finish (missing credits due to failure, attendance or simply an incomplete. I know that RP says that he thought she didn't walk but made up the credit and did graduate from what CA lead him to believe. However CA told AD that she didn't graduate. I don't think that she actually did, but I could be wrong. Did she or didn't she graduate?

I agree with that however, she did establish that there was never a mention of a ZFG. That is what this depo. was all about. I do believe that she left the door wide open for the murder trial and the prosecution team. All the questions that many of us have been asking here. The questions that will tie into the murder trial and not ZFG. For that, I'm thankful.:clap:

Thanks for the emails from Annie to Toni. That sums it up for me. I was holding back my opinion of Annie til I read that. (Open mind type of thang) She ripped her britches asking him all those questions then saying she didn't ask KC questions. Thats Bull. She is in this up to her eyeballs, if nothing but to help cover up. I do not think she had anythang to do with the death of Caylee. She should come clean with what she knows/was told and be done with it all.

Thanks for that link. After reading this, I find it hard to believe AD didn't ask KC about this whole sordid mess. She only asks about the chloroform? Nothing else? Why would chloroform be more important than say... oh I don't know... maybe waiting 31 days to tell anyone Caylee was missing?

Maybe Annie reads WS (or other message groups) who at that time (and still?) were obsessed with chloroform not only being involved, but of vital importance to the case?
