It was widely speculated Casey was giving Caylee Xanax to put her to sleep...sort of as a babysitter. It was also speculated that Zanny was actually Xanax and not a real person. If Xanax had been found in Caylee's body and Annie gave Casey Xanax, I think there may have been a manslaughter case against Annie (not sure, I'm not a lawyer). Possibly a wrongful death lawsuit too. This scenario is a stretch, maybe a lawyer could jump in here. I'm just guessing.

You have a good point there.

I was also thinking that some young kids also will abuse Xanax themselves, by taking Xanax with alcohol while partying. It is known to increase the effects of the alcohol and make them more euphoric. I am only assuming that possibly since she had given SD an Xanax that possibly she had done the same with other friends as well and that was the reason she was so defensive in her depo. She didn't like the fact that that information (regarding her) had been told, and leaked to the media. I'm thinking that she tries to live two lives (so to speak). JMO

MO because KC didn't want to talk about it Cindy on the other hand wanted all the information she could get from Annie. I don't think KC was going to confess to Annie.

Yes, it's very contradictory, just like the Anthony's. Just like Cindy saying she never talked to KC about the case when she was home on bail, yet the whole reason to get her out of jail was so she could talk freely without it being recorded and released. Contradictory too like Lee saying in his depo "I believe everything my sister tells me" yet he told TonE that KC lies all the time for no reason at all. It's no wonder Annie and KC were best friends, she fits right in with this family.

I do not think so. I think she is Full of Chit. I think she is covering and I think that birds of a feather are one in the same full of BS. Just my opinion. It was a waist of time.

I highly doubt Annie believes any of caseys BS stories, yet she makes up t-shirts, has a slumber party, etc? What the...

Also, has anyone noticed during the 911 call that casey made while out on bond, she passes the phone to Annie, and she talks to the dispatcher for a brief minute? You know, the call that warranted police to be dispatched for protestors throwing pennies at the window and not a call about your "missing" daughter?

Based on Lees voluntary interview - he said that Casey did not talk much to Mom
she basically gave her Mom many "I don't know" replies, but did tell him when Mom
walked out that she had not seen Caylee in 31 days...
It was not long after that that the cops arrived.

So if this is the right time line and not the fabricated one
(which IMHO right time-line is questionable)
Then perhaps Cindy did not get much info.

BUT IMHO they all rehearsed everything down to the time line.

I have a pretty good memory and that is what Annie said. I believe she figured it out by remembering that she was in college at the time and was having a hard time with exams or the stress from a heavy class load (something having to do with school). She got the RX for anxiety and only took a few of the pills.
