We now know what kind of grades Grund received in highschool, what his ACT and SAT scores were, what every employer he ever had who was willing to answer questions to the police department thought of him, his salary, where he lived, where he was born, his birth date, his driver's license number, and so on.

Frankly, I'm disgusted on his behalf.

Meanwhile, the As cry about the press victimizing THEM.

I still to this day don't understand why, if they didn't have anything to do with Caylee's disappearance and murder they refused the lie detector test. That just has never made sense to me. It is one of the first things I would have done.

Yeah, that's what MK keeps saying. And, that's the FIRST thing he did when Polly went missing.

Is it my interpretation but do others get the impression Cindy believed Zanny existed based on videos, toy balls, a hair straightener and a blow up mattress for Caylee to sleep on(that was in the A home and not with Caylee after June15) to go along with Casey's stories(a dog, drum set, Zanny's invisa family etc..) EVEN though no one ever saw, met nor spoke with Zanny.

Heck unless I actually see in person or speak with someone how can you make the call the person even exists?

She knows ZG doesn't exist. She's just trying for another throw at a bus grille.

I'm sure the info is included in the docs because the law says the state has to disclose everything. But I am surprised that the media isn't redacting it. If Fla. doesn't quickly change that law and allow the identity related info to be redacted from the Sunshine law materials IMO there will be a class action lawsuit against the state before this case goes to trial.

Class action suit against the As.

Reading this interview with Cindy is like having my teeth yanked out of my head, honest to God. She can't form a complete sentence, not one. I don't think she really understands what a "red flag" is, because she's misusing the term all throughout. Her reasoning is so unsound, all these "clues" she's saying Casey left her - the Hard Rock Hotel was a clue for Guitar Hero? Zanny was code for whomever the babysitter of the moment was? When Zanny totaled her car, it was a clue meaning somebody else got a new car? How does that mind of her connect things like that?

yes, quoting myself (narcissistic, much? haha). Just thought of something. Remember that Jodie Foster movie, "Nell" ? She plays an adult whom many think is either retarded, deaf or otherwise disabled in some fashion, and we come to learn much later in the film that she was raised in solitary by her mother who had suffered a stroke many years before, and therefore had a severe speech impediment. So "Nell" speaks in much the same manner as her mother had, in a way a child would learn "cockneye" from her childhood in certain parts of England. I am wondering if growing up listening to Cindy's disjointed speech patterns, Casey might have learned some disconnect in some form. I have no background in psychology or speech pathology, and certainly have no idea how to put my thoughts into clever words, but I'm hoping someone here can elaborate on this. If Cindy cannot form a proper sentence to express noun, subject, verb, predicate, thought, concept and idea, how can Casey grow up to say anything more than 'Absolutely', 'exactly', and giggle when she thinks is appropriate?

Prolly just trying to get LE's eyes to glaze over.

One wonders is there is a "Blue Flu" on days when she is questioned.

I don't suppose there is anything regarding possible follow-up on the "zenaida" myspace page? :waitasec:

Dunno, but I work with a nurse names Zenaida Gonzales.

Not an uncommon name, in these-here parts.

JWG: Do you know if LE investigated the Zenaida Myspace thing from October???

I know LE rules out all the Zenaidas. There were three, locally.

I THINK they also r/o the w/s.

I'm just astonished, sickened and sad about all these docs about Jesse. I mean, his credit report, his school grades. what on earth... That Casey has ripped this boy's entire life open for the whole world to see. I can't think of anything more vile than this (ok yes I can, but still).

I think I may send him a letter of support.

I'll go one further.......I truly wonder if she ever was told about DVDs intended for Caylee's use at "Zanny's", or a hair straightener that was supposedly originally "Zanny's", or a white dog (to add the cherry on the sundae). I wouldn't put it past her to have gone out and bought a "hair straightener". (I call mine a flat iron.) *Well, KC told me that Zanny has curly hair, so this hair straightener must be hers, so she must be a real person!*

This is the first time I've heard any mention of the "Mickey Mouse dress" . Am I behind the times, or is everyone as shocked as i am?

Referring to Part 10

Wasn't Caylee's. Wrong size. WAY wrong.

  • #155
Wasn't that the one that everyone agreed was too big to be Caylee's and CA went on TV with Caylee's actual dress from her closet?

Yeah. It was a size six, IIRC. It was ruled out SOON.

Hi everyone..Im back (lol)
I am bothered by this as well, except that by doing so, the LE has shown how far they have investigated every theory or possible accomplice...so I look at it as when they go to court, it adds to the pile of guilt because any story they concoct to deflect blame has been thoroughly investigated and eliminated.

I'd wonder too, except there is the jailhouse video where Casey says to Cindy, "She wears her hair straight. She's the one who gave me my straightner", and Cindy responds with "That's true."

I wonder though, and because I haven't the time at the moment but will check later tonight, if that jailhouse conversation occurred BEFORE OR AFTER the statement where she says she was going through Casey's vanity and found the straightener and remembered that Zanny had given it to her. Did Casey say it in the jail house tape first, and then she wrote "I remembered", or did she remember and later they discussed it by coincidence in the jailhouse tape? Or .. or... was it all scripted to come out and join together as if it were always a known fact.

I have a background in Psych, but not in Education of Speech Path.

My vote is that KC is just stupid, pretentious, and mendacious.

CA just reflexively does anything she can to protect and enable KC,

I just watched the video of Lee going into the deposition today. Is it my imagination, or bad video quality, or has Lee put on a substantial amount of weight? No I am NOT judging his appearance, but wondering if the stress has gotten to him in the polar opposite way of how it's gotten to Cindy. She's lost a ton of weight, and he seems to have a heavy gut now. He's either been sedentary, which is different from his otherwise healthy and active lifestyle, or he's been drinking a lot of beer. This is not meant to pick on him, but rather an observation of how stress truly can change a person's physicality to such extremes.
