2010.02.09 New motion filed by defense TES search records

AMEN!

Now watch, there will be a media blitz as a bill needs to be paid..LMAO

Can anyone say Rogue Attorney???

There are certain steps The Florida Bar can take to sustain credibility in the public eye:

First, adopt an expedited review process whereby a rogue attorney's license is immediately suspended in "extraordinary" circumstances where s/he has publicly admitted to breaches of our ethical canons. This suspension would curtail their immediate ability to practice pending a full evidentiary review.

OMG. I can't get that hamster wheel out of my head. I keep seeing that one white rat (it wasn't really a hamster) but I keep seeing it running round and round right over the others and I'm thinking, there they are, JB and AL hanging on for dear life as the wheel keeps spinning and the rat running is KC. LOL

He was also on this very site saying that he conducted his own searches. Yes he might have also volunteered for TES but if he was not in the location under TES's umbrella of supervision and went to the location on his own accord it does not matter if TES has his file.

He was not in that location at the request of TES and thus his file and info that TES has is not part of the 32. Now if the defense wants to see that file on JJ then JB can go and look at it then submit it to the judge as the court order states. JB needs to do his job and follow the directions as placed by the court in it's ruling.

But don't you think something is wrong here? I mean how is it that the defense is making motions to see all the records when the Judge already ruled they could? In the last hearing, Tes got a continuation on something. Do you think Tes is stalling? That perhaps they are inviting him, but when he gets there, they don't have it? I don't get it. I find it hard to believe that the defense is putting in these motions to look stupid. There must be a valid reason for it. IMO

Bringing back On Topic. Is her/his name JB?

Like your signature. My maiden name was Wright and when I would argue with my husband once in awhile he would say, "You always think you're right!" And I would respond, "I was until I married you." I'd catch him every time, end of argument. So you're not wrong.

Given JB's record, looking stupid is always a valid reason. And that really is JMO.

BBM.

If that were true it'd be cited on the motion, of that you can be sure!! Don't think JB ever tested the open door opportunity.

I wonder if JB ever got cited in his annual school reports for not following direction?, not doing his own homework?, depending on others to do his assignments?, cheating on tests by copying?

Just wondering?

There is a valid reason. Please refer to paragraph's 2, 5, and 6 of the judges ruling. JB doesn't want to pay for the info especially up front. He wants TES to be ordered to give it to him so he doesn't have to pay.

How could TES be stalling? The defense has an open invite and has not visited the office in order to review the material. Once again please refer to paragraphs 5 and 6 for why this hasn't happened.

What it all boils down to is JB is required to pay up front for the info and for Nejame's time to supervise the view of the material. The defense has not paid and thus it can be assumed they have not requested said material properly by the directions of the order. Basically I think the defense has decided to try and circumvent the judges order because they do not want to pay for a "fishing expedition" that may not yield anything.

So once again just to be clear the defense is required by the order to pay up front. That has not happened so the defense has not followed the directions of the order to acquire the material.

I can grudgingly understand why the defense would want to be not that ingenuous in their approach to this, since they are trying to defend a client with so much evidence against her that stirring up doubt is all that is left to them, but I can't understand why people who aren't the defense would want to keep asking the same kinds of questions over and over and then refuse to comprehend and/or accept the answers. MOO

So $$$$$ being an issue for JB is cause for some belt-tightening..... I am thinking that he can likely scrounge up the $$$ for the docs by implementing just a few changes into his daily operations... Might I suggest...

Do away with purchases of new silk pocket squares to match his tie before each hearing......

Ask KC to stop ordering so much cheese dip and divert those funds to her defense.

Lay off the "Zoom" tooth whitening.

Purchase generic hair products.

Check for spare change near the toll booths throughout Orlando.

Offer Orlando citizens an opportunity to "Dunk a Dunce" as a fundraiser.

See if a local pizza place will name a pizza after him and allow him to retain a percentage of the sales....Like, JB's extra cheesy mystery meat delight with the identity of your meat kept secret until it is delivered to your table.

I can answer these questions for you. And I'm happy to take the time - no problem.
1) I mean how is it that the defense? Answer...Just because...They are testing JS's limits and JB won the what shall we do quarter flip.
2) Do you think TES is stalling? Answer - NO and NO
3) There must be a valid reason. Answer NO

Nowhere in Baez's latest motion does it state that he at any time went to NeJame's office and when he gets there they didn't have it.
IF Baez went to view ALL the records(and I do not believe he did) and could not he would have stated so in his Motion, N'est-ce Pas?

Baez, who so adamantly wants those records, is granted access to them but never goes to view them. I believe marspiter has answered that quite well above...$$$

No one is stalling, No one is preventing Baez from viewing the docs, NeJame has them and they are available for viewing..

I am not buying this. Pardon the pun. I see the Judge did indeed order the defense to pay for these expenses. How was the prosecutions expense paid?
I noted that Ldb tried to get the Judge to order the defense to pay for the prosecutions airplane tickets for the deposition of Jk. This is all new to me. I have never heard of such things. Can the Judge actually order Kc to pay for things up front when he knows she has no money? Obviously he can. He just did in that order. So we will execute Kc based on whats in her wallet rather than on the evidence. Well thats easy. We know the State has more money than the defense, so case closed.

What about these very important documents that Tes has that relates to the case? Like JJ's tes forms that he filled out about the crime scene as he states in his sworn document? Hey if the defense can't afford it, then the state needs to pay for it. Kc has a right to a fair trial. Thats my opinion.

That's part of it NTS. That's the way our Judicial system works. Caylee had a right to live also. :(
