.My BIG question is....and perhaps your's as well.....Why did she bring the picture of Haleigh from HER house....UNLESS she KNEW....and HAD BEEN THERE..EARLIER....all in my own opinion of being suspicious of her involvement..

I don't know if she is involved, heck, I don't even know if she stayed at the trailer on Rita that night but it would sure be nice to know where she was....because whe was not available to check on the kids and had to send "A family member" over to do so. The only thing we have for sure is that Crystal was called at 3:49 because that is established through the phone records.

Police arrival times for her arrival are estimates because several things were happening at same time. But we do know that she was interviewed or spoken with LE BEFORE she called CS at 3:49. The reports are written afterwards from notes and memory. When much is happening and things are going on around you, it is hard to get a definite time for incidentals.

There had been some earlier discussion that TN may have taken the picture from the mobile home after the police arrived, which at the time, seemed odd to me. This article says she arrived with the picture, now that seems par for the course.

TN is a liar, but she's not a smart one. IMO she came up with the kidnapping idea or at least agreed to it, and it was a rash decision. Her only focus was on protecting Ron, and she jumped into cover up mode too quickly. After the 911 call, there was no turning back. The ball was in play, and if TN had any doubts about Misty later, she had to keep them to herself because she was now an accessory after the fact.

Then Misty dropped hints about Joe, and TN stepped deeper into it by running to LE. If, as I believe, Joe participated in the disposal of Haleigh's body, it was a dumb move to bring his name into it and send LE off to question him. Even Ron was smart enough to know that. That's why he tried to downplay the fight over the gun.

She lives at least 15 miles away, and shows up wearing a LE jacket with a photo of Haleigh in hand less than five minutes after the 911 call. Did she really expect anyone to buy that?

If it turns out that Misty killed Haleigh and bamboozled the Cummings into believing Ron was responsible, TN has only herself to blame.

I have a quick question: Wasn't there a bad check written on Feb. 9, 2009 that belonged to TN's boyfriend:waitasec:? Does anyone know the deal with the bad check?

You are correct...just looked it up. It was written 2/9/09. He is listed as living in Fruitland Park, as was TN.

Thank you Passionflower. I have been waiting a long time for this to be revealed. To bad the National Enquirer is not on this, we would know every move they made, every newspapers they read, et al.

I was e:mailing a detective during the JBR case. He told me they had to sift through the trash so they could read all the stickie notes JR & PR were writing to each other (they thought their neighbors' house, where they were staying was bugged, so they would write notes.)

Sorry, I know the above is O/T but I am saying if one of the "rags" got on it we would know everything. Just look what they did to John Edwards.....

There is word that TN has now officially taken up residence in PP at the Pita Lane addy as of March 2010.

Problem is there is no official addy, parcel or 911 for that address. I don't know what the law is in Florida but it looks like a trailer was brought into Crescent City mobile Park 6 years ago (or earlier) and parked w/o official paperwork. The owner of the park is associated with GMA and owns all the property (parcels) in the park.

If this is being read, it may be corrected soon.

The article I read says "Neves provided a picture of Haleigh." (close enough)......I have always taken that to mean she arrived with one. Now I wonder if she snatched one off the wall in the MH prior to the 911 call, and had it ready, or whether she was allowed into ....... oh wait, she was allowed in...... so maybe she just grabbed one off the MH walls.

Suspicious, either way.

And the Fruitland Park residence, do we know if it was owned by the man, by them both, or was it a rental?

The check had to be written in Lake County because that is who prosecuted. I do not know if tn or jh shared an account. I believe they always rented. There was no information about check or amount. I will look again.

JH (TN's BF) does have a foreclosure...it will take time to track this down but it is in the courts recently. As of last Friday, more troubles for JH with two other problems with the law. Is no one immune from trouble that is related or friends with this family?

Was it a foreclosure or an eviction (from the luxury condo)?

Those were my exact questions, ST. I would really love to know what that check was written for...had to be something really needed because whoever wrote it knew they didn't have the money to cover the check.:waitasec:
I was also wondering about whether or not they had a joint account...for all we know Teresa could've written that check.
