Iirc, Teresa indicated that Thanksgiving was usually held at Papa Jeff's per a statement she made around the onset of the holidays. Sounds like he's been around long enough to be a "tradition." jmo

With the fact that TN and JH were having financial troubles, they couldn't pay the rent, writing bad checks, out of work, etc. has anyone checked to see if TN or her boyfriend had life insurance policies on Haleigh or Jr.?

In the police report it is noted that TN got there after the officer did. IA TN does seem to have trouble telling time, or maybe she was there before and left before LE arrived. IHNI

As for the 3:27 or 3:28 times IA they are very precise and very weird IMO, especially when you take into account her lack of accurate (according to the police report) time telling in other areas.

I noticed Misty did the same thing, in her hypnosis video she can't even give an estimate on the time when Tommy left with his kids that evening, yet she says Ron got home at 3:23 .....weird.

Well, I don't know about any of you, but when I get awoken in the middle of the night by the telephone, I also look at the clock. (I happen to know I got a phone call from my son 2 years ago at 4:27am because his house was on fire.....I looked at the clock when the phone woke me up) Maybe that's how they come up those 'precise times' - digital clocks.

As for TN, she said she got to the MH at 'ABOUT' 3:30.....probably she just knew she FLEW in her car so fast she knew it didn't take long to get there, but wasn't interested in looking at a clock when she arrived to see what time it EXACTLY was? When you are in a stressful panic, you don't think straight, that's for sure.

LE arrived at 3:40. The LE narrative states that the officer spoke to RC and then MC and then that was when TN arrived.

Okay I understand now! If we assume that the officer notated TN arrived as early as 3:42 or even 3:45 (we don't know the exact time but he did state he was talking with RC and MC prior) then that gave her probably 12 to 15 mins or more to arrive at the MH.

I'm not having a problem right now with that timeline. I don't see it as a descrepancy from what I read earlier! Thank you all, I hope that I didn't go too far off topic.

I would imagine that if any of us were woken in the wee hours of the morning (dead sleep) and told that our precious grandbaby is gone or missing, and our child on the other end was hysterical we would go into shock, when I wake up in the middle of the night and look at the clock, I can't always focus, so I can't trully tell anyone the exact time I went to the bathroom for example. She probably couldn't think straight at the time she rushed out, so when asked she just guessed at the time, in my opinion.

Very interesting that rc is yelling, cursing at mc to give him HIS phone. The 911 phone calll ceased at 3.33 when he was screaming for the phone. TN arrived and explained everything to LE about the custody, etc. She then placed a call to crystal to "see if she had Haleigh"..*grrrr*. This call took place at 3:49...you do the math.

Tn was dressed in white jeans and her sheriff's sweater and a diamond pendant necklace. She states she was wearing a nightgown when called. She brought an 8x10 of Haleigh with her.

Anyone know what car she was driving that day? I know she no longer worked for the Sheriff's dept yet gave that as her occupation. I also know her registered address was not Rita Lane, but that is what she stated also and it is 80 miles away. However, no one can say she wasn't at the non-existant 911 addy on rita lane either. Her whereabouts are crucial for resolution in this case, imo.

A lot has been made of Teresa bringing a picture. That was quick thinking. She probably had that picture displayed nearby and grabbed it on the way out to make sure LE and the news had a pic of Haleigh to help find her! I can't believe how many of you here believe TN had something to do with Haleigh's demise.

Other then saying Misty hold's the key, LE hasn't pointed to anyone as a POI only said they have several

No, TN has not been named a POI - but the only thing Sheriff Hardy has said is that there are "several". Her actions and words in the hours and days right after Haleigh went missing are odd at best and suspicious at worst - hence this thread and its title.

She is Haleigh's grandma - yet she condoned and offered up a family heirloom ring for RC to propose and then marry "the key". She touted MC as a "good mom" - yet now we come to find out the real MC - a drug addeled, confused teen with little or no moral compass. What grandma missing a grandchild would act that way towards the last person who saw her grandchild alive?

We aren't "bashing" TN - we discussing the subtle nuances and "odd" behavior she has exhibited and that has been caught on tape. That's all. We are all here for justice for Haleigh, no matter who it points to.

Because of the rate in which we hear news of parents, step-parents, grandparents, etc. beating, selling a child in exchange for drugs, and yes, even killing a child/grandchild, no one can be deemed exempt simply because they are biologically related to a missing (suspected dead) child.

The article I read says "Neves provided a picture of Haleigh." (close enough)......I have always taken that to mean she arrived with one. Now I wonder if she snatched one off the wall in the MH prior to the 911 call, and had it ready, or whether she was allowed into ....... oh wait, she was allowed in...... so maybe she just grabbed one off the MH walls.

Suspicious, either way.

I would assume that she and/or GGS had the 8 x10 picture. Most grandmother's plenty of framed pictures of their grandchildren.

I wonder if Ron even had his OWN phone that night? Wonder if he left it with TN or Misty. I am sorry, but, I can't see an employee calling somewhere 90 times without no one noticing how preoccupied he was with his cell phone that evening. Also, IF Ron got a call at work about his missing daughter IMO, the other employees would have heard about it, as Ron has an explosive temper. IMO, he also woudl have left work like a bat out of hell. I am not saying I do not think he is involved somehow, but, I don't think he had his own cell phone that evening. Whoever set this whole thing up was,perhaps, smart enough to know that calls can be traced.

I think anyone who would set up Ron would be smart enough to know that a cell phone's location can be traced by the tower pings. LE would obtain the cell phone records and determine from where those calls were placed. Besides, Ron's lawyer has stated that Ron and Misty had an argument that evening and afterward many calls from Ron to Misty went unanswered. That said, I find 90 calls unlikely and think the true number is closer to 20.

:waitasec: At around 7:50 in this interview with Lt.Greenwood he says that it was the paternal grandmother, Teresa Nieves that saw Haleigh around 7PM. I first I thought maybe it was a mistake and he meant to say Great Grandma Sykes, but you would think that 8 months into the investigation he would know who the grandmother was that came by. Maybe they both came by? GGMS said she came by around 7:30PM, but TN never said she went by the MH. Not that I have found yet. Still going way back to see if she ever mentioned going by the MH Feb 9th or the last time she saw Haleigh.

Has TN lawyered up? I think more and more Misty is covering for TN while TN has locked Misty up and thrown away the key. MOO

TN was describing the event of GGS and the laundry.
She used the words CAME over with laundry. Meaning to me, she was there at the time, otherwise she would have said GGS WENT there with the laundry.
IMO, TN was the babysitter that night NOT Misty. I think Misty showed up (when the neighbours heard the vehicle outside)or was called in about 2:00am (around the time the neighbour heard screams)
