Now TruTV has on Cheney Mason...talking about Joe Jordan who was a TES team leader. Mason is saying the arguement for Joe is use immunity. Mason has court precedence to back this up...because unlike JB he reads and goes to the law library and such.

It was an illegally obtained recording. JB's investigator asking JJ questions, and JJ recorded it surreptitiously (sp?). Therefore, it is illegal. A felony to release and use. Period. If anybody, JB included, used it, listened to it, etc. they could be charged.

Mason is saying the in camera proceeding (meeting with the Judge in chambers) will be disclosed later...and had nothing to do with the motion addressed in court today...must be referring to the letters KC penned...?

BTW, CA should definitely stick to the look in court she had today. Works for her...in a good way lookwise.

Wow. I couldn't watch this, but just reading about it makes me shake my head. Baez is beyond incompetent. Baboons could do a better job than him! I definitely believe this is heading for a plea. Baez has absolutely NOTHING to bring into a courtroom except to make the needle go into Casey's arm faster!

I think Mason reamed the both of them over the coals. I think Casey knows this isn't game and she isn't leaving jail. I think Baez knows the gig is up. Cheney is there purely to get this circus over with and make himself look good in the process. No one is going to be saved by Mason and I think he's made that clear to Casey and Baez. This is purely a salvage mission.

I'm not surprised AL is gone. Good riddance, go save someone else from the dp. Hopefully, she's learned to not just accept a case purely because dp is on the table.

I was very surprised to see the producer there. I guess ABC still thinks they can make money off of this case, which is just disgusting. I guess all they can see is green, which infuriates me! Maybe this has turned into a salvage mission for ABC too. Sorry, but it's too late for that, IMO.

It also looks like Kate and CA used the same makeover specialist. My word but Cindy looked so ugly today! Whatever you are doing is only making you look worse, woman! Get a clue! I don't normally comment on looks, but my jaw dropped at that one pic posted in this thread!

Baez wants that tape.
