Lawyers reentering courtroom now

The A's hogjawin' gum again in the courtroom. How many times has the court addressed gum chewing and cellphones prior to commencement of these hearings? Is it just short term memory difficulties or blatant disrespect and defiance on the A's part? I hope one day the judge will pause proceedings and ask the A's to get up and spit out there gum before they go any further. That may help them to remember in the future!

actually, if the Judge has a real issue with it, then the Baliff will know to 'correct' all such situations. Without the Judge saying anything at all. They should just quietly tap their shoulder, have them exit the room. And tell them to remove it and never do it again. If it is a Judge that doesn't allow folks coming in and out.. then they wouldn't be allowed back in.

The Judge must not be bothered by it.

ok all I got out of that was the defense & the SA agreed upon something and didn't need the Judge to rule on the last issue. The judge will be ruling later (I assume) but how much later or by what method is what I am wondering.

JB just destroyed the whole "SODDI" defense by saying "we don't even know what we are looking for..." Well, ask your client...since she should have some idea what happened to Caylee...

The state has their defendent...JB's arguement is pitiful, ridiculous and an absolute waste of time. The state doesn't have to give him a suspect...that is his job if he wants to introduce evidence (though not required to) to prove KC didn't do it.

NaJame was awesome today.

JB needs to spend a little less time on Geraldo's "boat" and a little more time deposing witnesses and doing, you know research...

No laughing or smiling from Inmate Anthony today, she did a lot of pursing her lips, seemed to be growing angrier by the second...CA chewing her gum ***, no respect for the courtroom, shame on her. She seems to have had a procedure on her face..looks younger looking unless it's all the rest she's been catching up on...YUK...

Inmate Anthony looks a little more worried then I've ever seen her be...I wonder if reality is smacking her upside her head, for I wish I could.....:innocent: Keep fidgiting Inmate..Inmate Anthony just never even looks or acknowledge her parents. Her parents always try and are desperate to get a glimpse of her but she just ignores them to the fullest. I can't wait to see what she does to them at trial.

Baez is a lazy attorney who wants everything handed to him on a silver platter. The tape recording was illegally obtained and IIRC, JJ later recanted under the immunity the SAO gave to him. I see Baez loves throwing people under the bus, can't wait until he's thrown under and raked across the coals. He blames everyone for wrong doing when all he has to do is get up off his arse and look at the documents...Incredulous, I just love MN, he's a force not to be messed with, he's correct, if volunteers go off on their own how is TES responsible??? Interject himself in this case....NEWSFLASH Baez, he does represent Timothy Miller and TexasEquuSearch!

He threw BC and the Anthony's under the bus with his going over the records of the volunteers...this I do agree with, the Anthony family should not be privy to things outside the courtroom. Let them hear it first hand either through the discovery or in the court like everyone else. They too are in for a rude awakening...just so sad, no one is remembering why she's in the positition she is...Caylee, remember??? Capitol murder of a two year old???
