Didn't notice KC looking back at her parents as she left either...seems very strange to me.

Plus I really think the defense sober demeanor today because of all the criticism of the smiles and giggling at the last hearing. A lot of comments were made about it not just on the boards but on the local news sites about it. Maybe they are actually getting ready to get into trial mode!

Love, love, love Mark. He mopped the floor with Baez, I expect the judge will rule today. He was none too amused with Baez. When he started rocking early on, Baez should have known he was toast.

Even Casey can surely see after today that Baez has got to go. It is beyond negligence and I hope the judge does award sanctions to wake the defense up! When Linda stood up and explained that the very common practice of reviewing and tabbing documents is very simple, I spit my pop all over the desk. You just can't make this stuff up!

Did everyone catch the bit when Nejame turned and yelled at Baez to "come to his office and see the records!" The camera panned back to Casey and Baez showing smirks on both their faces then them shaking their heads in reaction to Nejame yelling. That for me was the best bit.

JB just destroyed the whole "SODDI" defense by saying "we don't even know what we are looking for..." Well, ask your client...since she should have some idea what happened to Caylee...

The state has their defendent...JB's arguement is pitiful, ridiculous and an absolute waste of time. The state doesn't have to give him a suspect...that is his job if he wants to introduce evidence (though not required to) to prove KC didn't do it.

NaJame was awesome today.

JB needs to spend a little less time on Geraldo's "boat" and a little more time deposing witnesses and doing, you know research...

My impression is that he also thought Baez's argument ridiculous, disjointed and rambling. I know he knew Nejame was going to mop the floor with Baez. I truly think he is just giving Baez enough rope to hang himself until Mason can take over and rid himself of the bumbling idiot.
