This phone call was before Gma Hollars gave s ingle interview and it was before Joe gave an interview. GMa Hollars was speaking to Lindsy on another line. Lindsy was at Timmy and Chelsea's in Mass.

So Chelsea would have known all this and she still went on NG and called her grandma a liar.

Me too - wondering. I don't think any of them can speak straight. Tommy knows that phone call was being recorded.

And that's why I think he was using JO in place of RON. He knew that the calls were being recorded but he had no problem saying JO, to hide who he was really talking about.

Guess it depends on what Lindsy told her. Chelsea lie ? I don't think she is any different than any of the others, so yeah.

She did change her tune though - remember the pills laying all over the house comment. She wasn't so hot on Joe anymore.

I just listened to it...OMG...he sounds upset, like crying. Even Flora sounded upset at one point. If this is the truth, why hasnt an arrest been made? Maybe there will be today? I can only hope.

There has to be a reason why LE released this tape in the form it is in. Note the tape is just over 9 minutes in duration. Paytel calls are 15 minutes in length. Something has been removed. So why would LE leave the stuff about Joe on the tape ? Good question yes ?

Almost every single tape LE has released has put Croslin's in a bad light. Some say it is pressure and some say it is poisoning a possible jury.

Excellent question, yes. I think LE wanted us to know Granny Hollers was telling the truth about that phone call, but they obviously snipped out the more juicy stuff. Or maybe not. I prefer to think they did. :innocent:

The thing that jumped out at me in the video of Joe, as he sat beside his lawyer, was what he said as he burst into tears.

Yeppers I have to agree with you and the fact that he said that someone wasn't in a position to hurt his children. Joe is not in jail, Joe is at home in Tennessee and could travel to Florida at any time.

Ron is in jail and not going to get out any time soon. Look at who was in jail on the 11th of April and that will give us some clues I do believe.

I don't buy the poisoning argument. The majority of people do not follow cases as people here do. If a murder charge is brought, no way will the trial be held in Putnam County unless a jury is brought in from another county anyhow.

The Croslin's put themselves in a bad light. LE doesn't need to do anything to assist in that effort. This is the first call I have heard that actually puts Tommy in somewhat of a good light, a little late but better late than never.

Yeah, but RON is IN prison, so why not just say Ron if thats who he meant? Also Tommy says "that LITTLE mf needs to pay" I cant see him referring to RC as little, but maybe he would refer to JO that way, due to his age?

I wonder when Lindsy first learned this story--had to be before this call so if she had known this story, what changed to cause her to file for a divorce? Has she withheld info from LE too?

They must absolutely believe that all of Ron's family are totally innocent. There must be some lawlessness going on on his side of the family that warrants attention also. (Am I allowed to say that?) So why not drag them in? What's good for the goose is good for the gander. Why the favouritism?

Perhaps it is the media doing this favoritism thing. All of the phone calls can be requested under the FOIA, LE can redact and release - the media is requesting and the media is playing. I fail to see how that is LE's doing. The media can choose what they put up for hearing and what they don't. Perhaps this would be a good question to ask News Jax 4 - why no others, why just focusing on the Croslins.

I just can't get myself to buy the whole JOE DID IT story.. I have thought from the very beginning that Misty, Ron, and both Rons mom and his grandma are into this thing up to their eyeballs.
Ron seems like a big Mama's Boy pretending to be a bad azz.. and his mama is covering his azz... and has probably been doing it for years..
