Chelsea said they lived about 3 miles from Green Lane-- isn't that about the same distance as the search site?

Well, after doing the Oxy research in the basement (LOL) I kinda figgered Timmy and Hank have been "injured" from "accidents" for a few years... KWIM? "He was on pain meds" may have been the truth! They all take the oxy it seems to me. However, I just don't believe Timmy was lying in the bed next to Chelsea now... not after tonight. She's too eager to point at Joe... 14 MONTHS LATER. For some reason... hm... methinks "abductor" story didn't bite.

In the interview with Chelsea when she got the van back I thought she was saying Joe was hinky to her. That was way back in the begginning. Anyone remember that?

I think it was real lucky Chelsea stayed awake the whole interview.

Ain't that the truth, boy she sure looked terrible!!! IMO she was loaded.

It looked like allergic shiners to me... either that, or... lol

Well, there it is, Chelsey saying that she was at the bus stop and Ron was there with his windows rolled up when Haleigh got off of the bus. Doesn't this just make you fell warm and fuzzy? She is claiming Ron picked up Haleigh.:woohoo:

Interesting lone. Wonder what happened to Ron's story about HaLeigh running and jumping into his arms. It would have been hard for her to do that if he was sitting in the car with his windows rolled up. :waitasec:..I honestly don't know why I even try to make sense from what some of these people have to say. :banghead:

How would Joe get the keys to the van anyway? Do they just leave the keys in the ignition? This confuses me? How is Chelsea so convinced it was Joe...all of a sudden?

Well, I always dump my keys on the credenza just inside the door for easy access when I come in. If anyone stays with me they can just grab them to use the car, too, and I know others who do something similar.

That's NOT to say that I believe a word out of Chelsea's mouth tonight, however.

And the whole night that HaLeigh disappeared too apparently if she KNOWS that it couldn't have been anyone else in the van..

I can't wait until PattyG has NG up..off to check now!

IIRC, the keys were always left on a counter in the kitchen.

Ok, I take back what I said about ToC's attorney sending a letter to NG recently. I got two statements today from the attorney confused. The attorney contacted NG way back when about the poly...sorry folks!

I'm thinking that the back door was chosen because an abductor coming in would not enter through the main entrance (this is how I think they were thinking). The cinder block was emphasized, because if they found Haleigh there would be a link to that cinder block they used to dispose of her with. Only my opinion, I don't think I could ever really figure these people out...but, I still try.

Agreed, but they went with one story about stranger abduction and staged the MH for that but are now switching to it was realy Joe ... but Joe would have used the front door with Tommy. So...... it does two things; 1. sheds doubt on Joe being involved alone and, 2. implicates them all given the need to stage the MH.

I actually don't remember much Chelsea stuff to tell you the truth. All I know is that she looked baked and was a questionable historian... IMO, of course. :D

I can't believe you're implying that a Croslin was under-the-influence and less-than-accurate in their recollection. I'm shocked!

Chelsea believes Tommy had no part and his attorney will be on shortly. She has been told Joe is crazy.

Move over Jean Cesares: Chelsea, what did you see Joe do that leada you to believe he is crazy? You did allow him to stay in your home where there are young children, so if he is crazy like you say he is, why did you allow him into your home to visit or not ask him to leave if you felt uncomfortable with him in your home?

:58 seconds into the video she insinuates that she thinks Joe did it. This was 5 weeks after Haleigh went missing.
