I really hope that at some point during a trial some goofy attorney tries to convince a jury that JO holding a knife to poor little Misty's neck is why she has lied and not told what happened until she just happened to be facing prison time.

Yep, she looked scared chitless that next morning putting up flyer's with her knife assailant and gawd only knows she must have been terrified when she went to Tennessee to stay with him and her family.

Yes, I can appreciate that, but what I'm terribly trying to get across (hahaha) is that I don't believe the alibi... Chelsea is trying like hell to say JOE. She said the person "had to be joe" driving the van. No it doesn't!! So, I'm questioning why she's pressing Joe so hard. ANNNND! Why now?? Why not 14 months ago if it was Joe??

Just a thought here, could the headless rat could have been a warning to Tommy that if RC found out he was involved he would do the same to him (Tommy).

It can mean shut up or your going to get it. The recipient would know which one.

Another question....since Chelsea did not live anywhere near there, do her kids even go to the same school? They would not get off at the same bus stop even if they did, so why would Chelsea have even BEEN there at all? AND.....what about the other parents who have already reported that MISTY picked Haleigh up that day?

One question.. I kept hearing NG's voice make the statement about three people not being POI or supsects and they showed pictures of Tommy, Misty and Jo, so who is she insinuating IS a POI IF these three or not?

Maybe it's because he has detoxed but you would think he would be going ballistic knowing that his recent wife is admitting involvement...unless that's not a surprise to him.

Maybe Ron was in the process of getting a new tattoo from one of his jail friends and he just wanted to get back to his block.

Interesting discussion about concrete pavers/blocks. If Joe came into the MH to steal Ron's gun he came in through the front door, since the backdoor was seldom used and deadlocked. If Joe took HaLeigh he would have gone back out the front door, the same way Tommy went.

So .... given that the MH was staged for an abduction with the backdoor open and a concrete block to prop the screen door open, why would Joe need to do that on the way out and .... why would he risk coming back to do that?

Hmmmm. Pick a story. The stranger abduction staging does not fit with the accusation of Joe attacking Misty and taking HaLeigh.

Could Chelsea have been in the van with Misty and it was Chelsea Misty was talking to about the bad chi* that she had had the night before? We know that Misty was talking to someone in the van, per the witnesses and that little boys were in the van too, one of them getting a slap in the face by Misty.

Maybe someone can answer this for me, since I may have missed it or am just not comprehending this....if JO was awakened at 4am by the call that HaLeigh was missing so instead of going over to help look for the child, he instead decided since he was up to go see his relative that was in hospital? Dunno, but here in Texas visiting hours don't start until a tad bit later then 4 in the morning.

I couldn't watch either, as I cannot control myself when I do, so thanks for the updates. I do wonder why anyone would care when Chelsea last say Haleigh, if is was not the day in question, and why it wasn't made clear to viewers all along that she was not talking about that day? Is that to add drama to the show, so people think that maybe they are hearing something new, I wonder? Or just poor questioning?
Did they really say that those 3 are not POI's? Where did that come from? Thanks.

She's covering her butt. I suspect she's been dressed down repeatedly for insinuating who the suspects are.

ETA: she got a letter from Tommy's attorney today or yesterday correcting her on the confession. I suspect Joe's attorney sent her one too.
