hMM didn't Chelsea say something abt, i'll try to get this sort of right:
Misty told her Joe took Haleigh and when she turned around she saw Tommy looking in the back door and she turned away and looked back and he was gone.

Somebody straighten that info out would you.

Another thought, I wonder if Tommy went in the house earlier in the day when he took the kids over there to play. Maybe he unlocked the door then....no wait....misty was doing all that laundry she would have noticed the door was unlocked.:waitasec:

actually, in my experience, I've walked into hospitals at 3-4 am, when my dad was dying so it depends on the situation. JMO

So in a nutshell, Chelsea is throwing Joe under the bus too. Shocking, not. I suspect Timmy of involvement much more than I do Joe, and much more now. Handy for all of them they can tag team Joe under the bus to save their own hides. Timmy being in MA has allowed him to slip out of the radar. He is no more cleared than any of them. Glad Lindsey could go to MA so they could get their stories straight without being monitored or bugged by LE. I am sure they are all paranoid of this.

IIRC Misty admitted to using it to smoke (not the door but the ramp area ).

That makes me skeptical, if they do drugs in the MH and party why would she worry about smoking inside and .... why not go out to the screened porch than struggle to open the backdoor and smoke on the ramp? Just thinking aloud.

They gave the WHOLE family an update on Monday....why not Wednesday? Why isn't Crystal, at least, part of this Wednesday meeting....

Sounds strange that LE would take RC out of his cell to be with his family for a Haleigh briefing. Inmates are normally told by their attorneys or a prison chaplain if there was a break in the case. Just going back to how RC reacted about killing the person responsible for his daughter's disapperance. Wouldn't LE think he would flip out due to this news? Why would RC be so calm when he was walking back to his cell?

EXACTLY!!! WHO called and woke him up at 4am? Did the hosital order JO to get over there STAT to help set Hank's broken leg? Or perhaps a blood transfusion to save Hank's life? Or, even more importantly, perhaps the hospital needed someone to go pick up Hank's scripts for Oxycontin. Either way, good thing JO let the hospital know where he was staying in Satsuma while on vacation from unemployment in Tennessee......

It was said on the show that Joe woke up at the same time Chelsea got the call. I think once tonight's show transcripts are up it will make it easier to read what they were all saying. One thing for sure...Chelsea lied, I have followed this case from day one..LE needs to bring her in for another 14hrs. The only had Joe for 45min the other day, but when in MA they had her for about 14hrs. I think LE is on to them up there. JMO

LE hasn't confirmed if misty had access to a vehicle on the day Haleigh went missing. Did Misty make a reference to driving it....I feel like the new kid tonight ....I am so confused. I was hoping Chelsea would clear up some stuff....I was hoping I would be able to look at her and say, there is an honest woman. It didn't happen.

Why? Do you think he is trying to get to MC? She is in the same prison as RC isn't she? From what I understand when someone gets tragic news in prison they are isolated from other inmates.

IIRC, Shoey said Ron didn't feel he needed to be protected, and he wanted to be in Gen Pop. And, imoo, he sure didn't need time to come to terms with the news about his daughter's presumed death, as he's had 14 months to come to grips with that. :furious:
