My daughter just asked "so you think Misty did it" I told her "well its one of the three possably 4 (Ron), then I remembered Misty stating during one of the polys, there were 4 people there. I wonder if that is mixing a little truth in with all the lies.

Only moved there on Monday when the news broke about the new search and then again on Wednesday when we saw her at the boat ramp.

So let me get this straight

-Tommy took LE to the "crime scene" on Sunday/Monday:waitasec:
-LE went and met with Jo on Tuesday
-LE had a meeting with Ron on Wednesday
-Misty was seen at the "crime scene" on Wednesday
-LE tells us this has been ruled as a homocide on Wednesday/Thursday:waitasec:
-LE tells us they have "persons of interest" on Wednesday/Thursday:waitasec:
-Ron met with his lawyer on Friday

Is that the order of events....anyone?

I think in that statement he's admitting that he was there...

If so and Sirgo has half a brain - he would get Joe to tell what happened that night. Better to let him admit to and be held responsible for assisting than to go down for the whole ball of wax which is exactly what his dear cousins and grand mother are trying to do to him. Joe is the only one who isn't currently sitting in jail and hasn't failed a bucket load of LDTs and other tests. If he knows what happened, he should be talking to LE and clearing this up.

NG show has this backwards as usual. IIRC, from Joe's video interview, He drove Lisa? or Chelsea, or whoever to the sheriff's office to see Misty, Misty couldn't leave yet so they all went to see Hank in the hospital.

Bumping this post. Explains Joe didn't go to the hospital at four a.m.

What's with all this emergency carp? Hank sr had a d#$m broken leg. What is all the fuss? Why in the world does Lisa have to stay with him. The man is not on life-support for Pete's sake..why would JO give a darn at this point.

.....something wrong here. Misty was partying, no rush for her to get to see her dad. The accident happened on Saturday IIRC.

In fact why is misty calling Chelsea at 4:00am when she should be talking to LE and be with rc and searching with LE and giving them everything she could. This is insane....that both of these are just calling people when the LE are there and have only been there for 15 minutes!!!

Hank visits Misty and Tommy when he can afford gas in his car. Lisa and Hank are barred from visiting Lindsy and Tommy's kids. Hank was going to contact a lawyer to dispute this. Lisa can't go visit Misty or Tommy because of her charges so Tommy wanted Lindsy to allow Austin to visit Misty instead. L&H were seen at a gas station the day the search at the St. John's River was going on and Hank didn't want to talk to the reporter. Hank told Misty he knew for a fact Tommy wasn't involved in HaLeigh's disappearance and Misty refuses to talk about Tommy when her father gets started about him. When the reporter spotted Hank Sr at the gas station, he had just found out Tommy flunked his LDT. Everytime Tommy or Misty ask Hank Sr how he is doing, he says he is stressing out. Hank Sr doesn't want to look for work until he appears in court and finds out whether he'll be going to jail. He is still collecting unemployment for the next few months.

What I want to know and what I wish Jean( love her by the way, love, love her)....

1. If Joe was so crazzzy....why was she allowing him to sleep over at her house... with her daughters no less???
2. She said all she knew of him was that he was crazy, did I hear that right? Why was she allowing someone she didn't know to sleep at her home...around her young daughter? She must not have known him....

I know those questions are one and the same....but all I can say is why? I don't believe it, it does not make any sense whatsoever. She doesn't know him, but she heard he was crazy and she still allows him to sleep at her home with her children. She said she drove to Gainsville to get Lisa C from the hospital.....and Joe went too....so she rode in the van with someone she doesn't know and someone who is crazy? Doesn't she realize how ridiculous all that sounds?

As to the rest of your post, I have asked myself SO many times in this case 'Do they not realize how ridiculous that or 'they sound(s)?!'..:headache: :beamup::headache:...Even taking background, education, etc. into consideration..do NONE of these people realize this?! Honestly?! ..<sigh>...

I think that we are all so over the BS, drama and lies surrounding HaLeighs' disappearance..it's just sickening..:sick:...I would like to march into Satsuma..guns a blazin..(not literally of course)..I'm NOT a violent person, but I find myself just wanting to beat the TRUTH out of the Croslin's and the Cummings. ..hmm..perhaps it's time for me to log off..:furious::banghead:

I didn't think this could get anymore confusing, but it has. All I can manage to put together is that that more than one person in this family was recovering from an accident, yet another member of this family had some sort of accident at 4am, and everyone who was allegedly innocent in Haleigh's abduction was rousted out of bed where they were all possibly sleeping in the same house to go to the hospital within an hour of the time Haleigh was reported missing. And, they seem to have the misfortune of wrecking each others vehicles within a short time frame.

When someone tryed to break into my apt. I called the cops than called 3 diff. family members all in the span of like two minutes. Also Haleigh was not blood related to any of the Croslins. They had only known her for a few short months. Sooo I don't know I just don't think they Loved her like you love family KWIM

Yehp, once we get an arrest this *forum is going to be overflowing with information. It will be completely changed. This is why we are working on putting in dates. And I do hope some of you will be interested in working on the Case Calendar. We're gonna need it.

I would be if everyone was trying to point at me!!! I'd tell what I know but with some protections since I would not want to be implicated and sucked in as the perp. So in return for testifying what I saw/know I'd tell LE everything rather than stay in the poker game.

That was my point earlier in the week, if Joe has valid testimony the LAST thing that Misty et all wanted to do was throw him under the bus and turn him. Hopefully they did.

That's the thing, Charlie... I think he has told "all he knows." I think he was there, fessed to what he knows, and now they are after the other ones. He's been sitting at his house in TN for 14 months, hasn't even tried to run. They keep questioning him, his lawyer cleverly states "he hasn't admitted to murder." etc. He's admitted to knowing stuff, I think... just not enough stuff to nail the REAL perps.

This is all JMO... and I may eat crow... but I think Joe is being painted a murderer and is not.
