IIRC, Joe has had this attorney for 3 years. Hardy knows that. Making it sound like this just happened because of the latest developments is deceiving on purpose....IMO.

One if not the only provable fact in the case. Hank borrowed timmy's just purchased vehicle and crashed it and was taken to Gainsvile Hospitall on Feb.7th. Proven by one of our very own in public records....at least the accident/injury arrival in Gainsville.

As far as homicide goes, doesn't it all come down to degree? First degree obviously means intentional killing with motive and forethough, second degree is intentional w/o premeditaton, and then there are other types such as reckless, etc...
The word homicide itself does not imply a premeditated, deliberate killing is all i'm trying to say, circumstances could be such as to be a reckless homicide...

Point being - until Hardy said that, this was a missing person case. Something major changed, something he believed he could rely on. I doubt that was Misty or even Tommy.

I think maybe he has said a lot. Hardy said they've talked and talked and talked, to every LE under the sun, and now he lawyered up. I think he wanted people to raise eyebrows at that, but I took that as a positive thing. He may not know where HaLeigh was "disposed" KWIM? He probably gave the accurate account of the evening but couldn't point to where her body was. SOMETHING happened that we don't know about this week, and it's possible its not from Misty OR Tommy but someone else. I dunno.

Joe cried when he said he lost a lot of family... I think he feels set up and betrayed. I think he's been sitting at home for 14 months like LE told him too. (His mom said they just came and talked to him 6 months ago...)

I wonder if it's a HUGE party/group thing and an "oh crap" decision.

And, may I also add Charlie... I dunno either. LOL

Hardy said the tip did not come from TN. Or was it the lead did not come from TN? I know there's a distinction between tip and lead...

I have 21 Overstreets living in san mateo, crescent city, palatka, satsuma. What I don't know is if any of these are relatives of Hank and Lisa. If they were, I would think they would be staying with one of them...knowing Hank and Lisa's needs

Joe broke into a Mazda Protege and tried to steal the stereo from it. The owner saw him, called the cops and when Joe realized he was seen - he ran - the owner shot him in the wrist. Joe admitted to LE what he did when they caught up with him.

Well there was a family member in the Hospital which means pain pills were being handed out and it was a great excuse to go to the hospital and look for pills laying around. Oh and Timmy had his script.

OMG I was just thinking that they all gathered at the hospital to check out what type of drugs Hank Sr. was being given and then I saw your post.

What's with all this emergency carp? Hank sr had a d#$m broken leg. What is all the fuss? Why in the world does Lisa have to stay with him. The man is not on life-support for Pete's sake..why would JO give a darn at this point.

.....something wrong here. Misty was partying, no rush for her to get to see her dad. The accident happened on Saturday IIRC.

In fact why is misty calling Chelsea at 4:00am when she should be talking to LE and be with rc and searching with LE and giving them everything she could. This is insane....that both of these are just calling people when the LE are there and have only been there for 15 minutes!!!

Umm because Ron said to the 911 operator that they had better people to fn call. So I guess we know who the better people are.

Also, regarding the letter from Misty to Chelsea, they showed it on the Nancy Grace show tonight. I had it taped, so could stop the tape and read each page.
