Don't know, but was wondering whether if a confession - in the least, Tommy confesses to the disposal of body, but to anything else? Is Tommy alone responsible for H's death, or both he and his cousin?

This makes me think they have found some DNA evidence of Haleigh's, going beyond just cinder blocks. Something along the lines of bones/hair that could be officially tied to her. Has anyone ever heard of someone being officially declared dead and having a funeral, etc without some evidence of a body/blood/something? I could be wrong. jmo

Yes I have heard of someone being officially declared dead without finding their body but it took years, many years.

I don't recall Ron mentioning Jo O that night either on the 911 call.. So I don't know..

BUT...

I do know he adamantly denied on national tv on 03-16-09 on the NG show that Jo O was ever there that night. JMO

If you go back to the very beginning of this case, right on this forum, there was a confusion about a cousin. We all thought that Misty was said to be RC cousin. Then we all thought it was just a mistake. I think the cousin thing has always been there right from the beginning. I am not going back to find the link but it was on the very first thread and I have followed this case from the very first post.

I definitely remember something about the 1st reports that came out. It was said Ronalds gf was there, Haleigh and and an adult cousin or nephew....which soon morphed into Jr. Dang...wish we could find that report! :banghead:

Yup, he denied it then and also denied it back in February 23, 2009 in this article ...

Cummings denies that fight ever happened.

Well, to be fair, Ron did give a page of written information to LE very early in the case and it listed some people who he suspected might be involved. We have no idea who was on that list, but it might have included Cousin Joe. Supplying the names of those someone suspects is a far cry from proving it, however.

The thing that confuses me though is that Annette Sykes the GGMA told a news station that she refuses to believe that Haleigh is dead. Unless it is Crystal that is the one that has to make arrangements. It makes more sense for Crystal to have to do it than it does Ron's Fam.

It's sounds like GMS knows a lot more than she's telling. LE has to prove it...no if, ands or buts about it. Ron also made a comment about Misty's LDT and said it wasn't proof. IMO, they have all agreed that without proof, no one can be touched by LE. (I'm thinking she meant that in order to implicate Ron, they have to prove it. which tells me that they went out of there way to protect Ron "by any means necessary".)

As far as Ron implicating Jo...Did he not express his concerns at least to his grandmother??? If that's who they suspected all along, why didn't grandma know nothing about it. Ron even lived with her at one point. When asked if Jo had something to do with it-Grandma said "I don't know". Why not Grandma...you seem to know everything else! Gawd, what's wrong with them.

It was pretty obvious on the 911 call parts that we could hear that Ron was told something by Misty and/or he had someone in mind. He even seemed to think that he would be quickly caught and in the back of the cop car where he could be shot by Ron.

They would need an indictment I believe. I don't think this information was supposed to be released right now. I did check and found no arrest in Davidson County.

Thanks, but I was speaking of was the four-month period when neither Ron nor Misty conversed with LE--last summerish IIRC--if they had this all figured out, why weren't they telling LE every thought every day instead of waiting for LE to give them info? :banghead:
