You are soooo right....I will probably eat crow but I have a feeling he did not do this and I am more than likely wrong....something about his demeanor when he speaks....can only imagine how he must feel being accused..but if he did it then all bets are off...he should get the max.

to ring true that suddenly as a result of last week's search at the dock, LE would
have sufficient evidence to prove Haleigh's death.

Even if they found some type of biological evidence wouldn't it take longer than
this to get test results back from the lab?

Surely just a couple of cinder blocks would not be enough to call the family
together to prepare for a funeral.

I remember from the begginning Misty said that Tommy and Joe were at the MH earlier in the evening but left. Am I the only one that remembers that? I think we dismissed Joe so early on because LE said they had interviewed the cousin in TN and he was cleared. They did not say that about really anyone else so that stood out.

I think this was due to a misunderstanding early on because they (the media/reporter) didn't expect the seventeen-year-old to be the father's girlfriend. (like many of us).

I don't blame him! I knew the air conditioning man was cleared but they also said Joe was too. That is why we all moved past him. It's not like RC and MC were jumping up and down crying Joe did it ya know. Not directed at you just bouncing off your post Nana!

Tommy IMO is knee deep in this thing. Whether he hurt Haleigh or whatever- he KNOWS! His escalating drug use after Feb. 9th, him putting himself at the MH that night, telling Lindsay about a letter he wrote her and not to be mad, gosh I could go on but you guys know.

My point is that it looks like Tommy is going to be the key not Misty.

I just looked it up. It only took one year to declare boyfriend legally dead. Seemed longer to me.

He strikes me as a delicate, sensitive type of person. If he is being falsely accused by Misty, Tommy and RC, I can see him doing this. And then he has his toothless GMM, who I am sure he loved from babyhood, come out and say all these things about him on television, which cast suspicion on him further. Just too cruel for words.

Maybe it will determine whether or not Ron made mention of him back then. I sure don't remember it! I just remember Misty saying that - and so I didn't believe it cuz she said it.

Good grief I'm confused.

IIRC, at the very beginning, reporters were calling Misty a "cousin" who was in the home at the time that Haleigh disappeared. Then a correction was made and she was the "teen babysitter" who was babysitting the children whil their father worked night shift. Then, it was corrected again to say the Misty was the teen girlfriend who was babysitting. Then, Misty was the live-in teen girlfriend. I believe that Misty was passed off originally as a cousin, then babysitter then finally it was revealed that she was the teen girlfriend of Haleigh's father. I don't think that Ron and his family wanted this information out due to possible impact regarding custody issues.

Unless someone confessed how can they tell the family they may want to start making funeral arrangements? I believe she is dead too, but I hope LE has some kind of proof that gives them reason to know she is, other that the blame game between these characters.

I don't know if his work was all outside or not, but if he had to come in with equipment he may have put it there to keep the door open. It's possible Misty didn't even notice and he may have left the door proped open when he left. That could allow anyone to get in.

So in the last fourteen months, he never insisted or helped figure out that JO did this? He never pressed misty to reveal what she knew and never took her in to the station when LE said she knows and has information. He and misty did not assist le for six months. When she failed polys he said that is not proof, because he(rc) is not a polygrapher and can't judge her.

RC is just as kookoo for cocoa flakes as the Croslins..

Yes, he will be able to attend. The State used to charge the inmate for all costs which were so high, they never attended. A car, two security guards, per diem expenses, etc can add up quickly to thousands of dollars....

Of course with rc, he is not convicted, so I am betting, the cost will be on the state.

He didn't take him out...tough guy, when Joe was hanging up posters now did he? He knows Joe isn't guilty. IMO

IIRC, months back we had pix of the AC unit and we don't know if he was even the house as the main unit was outside. Just no concrete info there. IMO
