i am confused- sis judge actually move trial to miami and rule? thoght he said location secret. told to attys then world. is is definetly out of orlando ? crap-- i am local and do not want it out orlando . us locals want it here!!

I heard the Judge say that trial will be here and jurors will be moved here from another county.

He will not anounce the county where they will get their jurors untill closer to trial.

I would LOVE to go to the trial. I wish I could be on the jury but it is not looking that way now. I would never be chosen as a juror but I can't help but wish I could be.

Secret Service and certain FBI officials haven't been listed as expert witnesses so there is no obligation to comply with discovery.

GM all... LML I think JP said the trial will be held in Orlando and the jury would be brought in and sequestered and transported back and forth from undisclosed area... this would be made known to the oublic at a very late date. The police could handle the protestors if that was a problem.. Also orderd a gag order on the attorneys only so far.. Someone please correct if this is wrong...thanks

I would LOVE to go to the trial. I wish I could be on the jury but it is not looking that way now.

i do not think any of us can be on jury as we post. since i attended court hearings i would not think i could ever be chosen- am i right?? i do not live orange county but still local in fl. it could be our county jurors are chosen as they want t not to be of orange county. it may b e hard to find juror who can be gone for weeks. do they pay only like few dollars a day for jurors? how can jurors pay their bills if they are on for months? can they force someone to be on and what if they get behind in their mortgage cause of this? how do they compensate for this? so will will only have rich jurors who can say it will not effect their money situation?
