LD says use of some photos that might otherwise seem irrelevant might be necessary to answer the defense argument that Casey was a good mother

The judge asks LD how photos of Casey Anthony in what some might call a "mini" dress, the blue dress, would be used to prove that Miss Anthony was not a good mother, how the photo or her manner of dress would be relevant to that point

LD says the photos used would not have to be the ones showing the length of the dress, but that other photos from the same set just showing she was at clubs socially during the "missing" period would be relevant

Judge saying arguments for and against the photos will be mostly before trial as he wouldn't want the jurors locked up for lengthy periods while the arguments are made, he has concerns about some of the photographs.

KC was a young single mother. Just because she was at a party drinking a beer.....doesn't mean that her child was not well taken care of.

JB just made a comment about it being a sexist comment. They will try to cite that in their argument to drop the DP based on gender bias.

showing photos on tru tv-- some concerns about photos judge says. offer to do - narrow evidence 6,000 phots crime scene -remains. wonder if word remains gives casey chills. i know george hated that term. just because shes out party, have beer does not mean she was not loving child. sexist comment jose says. did they forget caylee was missing then? state theory says june 16 is caylees death. QUITE FRANKLY AGAIN.

JOSE IS HURTING HIMSELF AS HE STATES ABOUT PARTYING- casey knew caylee was missing even if she did not know dead,. phots given time to exchange . so were is trial ??? is it moved to miami? i am confused- did judge say for sure its there?? i thought he granted it but now not sure- please reply
