ER: I have no background in psychology.
JA: What is your background and training in child or adolescent development?
ER: I have no degrees in psychology and don't claim to be a psychologist.
JA: You make claims regarding how society perceives women who neglect their child why they party.....etc
AL: objection, there was no comment at all in her testimony regarding if a woman actually had neglected her child in any way
JA: So is your testimony that whether a woman parties or sees male strippers that's irrelevant to whether she's a good mother?
ER: Well.... yes, if a woman or man leads a lifestyle which perhaps you or I would reject, but that person is there 100% of the time in their parental role as a parent, I'm not sure that you or I would be right in calling them a bad parent. You can lead an unconventional lifestyle but be a good parent.
JA: But you argued that it's irrelevant, isn't that what you said?
ER: Yes, I believe I said that it is sometimes used in the press and sometimes by prosecutors to mislead regarding whether the mother was actually
