This is about a child who lost her life, mother never calls the authorities, they find her 6 months later, skeletal remains with duct tape over her breathing orafices...not once did mother of they year try to find her, report her missing or abducted but instead conducted her own investigations on stripper poles and in bars...Do you remember Caylee???

Lethal Injection! Sparkie (the chair) has been put on hold, I think for-ever.

from what I could understand -

but I think the issue was the fact that the SA took the DP off the table then reinstated it.... If the defense had known the DP was going to be back on the table, they may have spent their money differently.
