AL: hearsay and prejudice in this case have overridden the fact that every witness in this case said Casey Anthony was a good mother

She has to be allowed to argue her motion, but I don't this His Honor is going to go for it. This isn't the trial, and these arguments will probably come up again in sentencing. But, she has to lay the foundation and give it a go, imo.
