Well, she stated she writes her articles based on what she reads in newspapers/media and that she wasn't familiar with this case.

And that the aggravating factors are not clear.

And they can't get through the 14,000 pages the State has given them.

Complaining its too much work pretty much.

Something to the affect of....If a verdict comes as to not guilty on count 2 there may be some problems, there may not be problems according to JP. If they get to that stage and there is a problem he says it will create an interesting appellate issue.

ALyon has no idea about Florida laws and seems to me she is trying to get it rewritten for Inmate Anthony...

I think the indictment is self explanatory...I think ALyon needs to go back to her state and be the Angel of Death there where it might fly...not in Florida..

they reversed course due to the way Caylee' remains were found with duct tape on her face...is this woman dense...I think she may get fired! :woohoo:
