within 10 days of today's date, the state should list the aggravating factors it intends to prove. As to the issue of reciprocal discovery as mentioned in Steele, because we have the "catch all" unlimited list of nonstatutory mitigating factors, the court denies the request of the State of FL for a list, without prejudice.
Both sides, according to the law, are required to give a list of the witnesses, the motion will be granted and we will follow the dictates of Steele.
