This is not so bad. Anyone reading here for half a day could likely figure out the aggravating circs. Defense now disarmed from saying JP is biased against them and denied all their motions... also, tho I don't like the State having to do JB's homework for him at least we know it will get done now, and in a timely manner.

Lyons is just doing her job, doing what she's supposed to do. She is a good attorney, IMO. If I were up for the DP, she'd be one of my top choices to defend me.

I know... I'm watching and I'm thinking... haven't we been over this before? Like... what is freaking wrong with the defense team? Can they not read or what? They have all of this discovery.. they know what the aggravating factors are... give me a break for god's sake. I'm so beyond "fruhstrated.. I can't even swallow right now"!!

I agree with this, and I half expected JP to rule in favour of the defense. And if I did, I'm sure Ashton did before the hearing even started, imo.
