In Session just showed KC crying again...it did start when they mentioned Caylee being happy and healthy.....talking heads mention it could play well for the defense if she gets emotional at trial.....

I wouldn't rule out remorse to be leaking into her heart by now.....Caylee would have started kindergarden this year wouldn't she?

See her crying on Wesh...

She's been incarcerated now for what....going on 2 years? She's been away from the unhealthy lifestyle she once lived and has had some time to reflect. It's just possible she has a tender moment once in a while and that the tears are real. I keep hoping she'll let the facts pour in and let her completely fall apart. Show the world she's human but, no, she squeaks one out here and there and makes it look like she's really "upset". What's she looking for on the tips of those fingers? It's just water!

For the life of me it blows me away when she walks in smiling. WTH is she smiling about? I'd be a nervous wreck!!

Did anyone notice that AL did not say "the state wants to kill my client?' or did I miss it? It seems she was careful not to say that today

I think the tears were real and real emotion. I think she generally IS shedding tears for Caylee. In what content? We will never know. I think she is looking at her fingers after she wipes thinking..."OMG, what is happening? Am I crying? Is this...is this the sadness the whole world has been feeling for Caylee since day 31?"

It doesn't matter to me that Inmate Anthony cried (not really cried but teared up, poking at her eyes to tear more, IMO) at hearing Caylee wasa happy and healthy child.

What matters is what she didn't do after leaving in a rage from her home on Hopespring Drive on June 15th, 2009...I don't believe GA either when he stated he saw them both leave that afternoon, or that he carried Caylee to the car and put her in her car seat that afternoon...hogwash, IMO..

For one month, CA was trying to talk to Caylee..Caylee was always allegedly somewhere else or napping..for one month, CA tried to track down Inmate Anthony to no avail..Only when the vehicle with the smell of death was picked up at the tow yard, was CA able to physically "find" Inmate Anthony only to be told, she had not seen her child in 31 days..Only then it became dire to find this child, yet, at every turn, not one word of truth spoken by this allegedly "good mom"!

Good moms do not drug their child so they can party, as her jailhouse letters/conversations told. Good moms do not avoid their family so they can keep their child hidden...good moms work to provide for their own children. Good moms teach their children right from wrong. Seems some lessons were lost along the years...

I only hope, Inmate Anthony sees the balance of justice is not in her favor and she finally wakes up to save her own life. She can end this now, keep her private life private if she so desires. She can ensure she doesn't meet a DP sentence by admitting to her wrongs, taking responsibility for her own actions and get on with her consequences..there are always consequences for bad behaviors, Inmate Anthony needs to understand things do not look good for her and it would be in her best interest to plead guilty (just as MH did in killing Sandra Cantu) and save those gory details of Caylee's last moments alive..that would be the road to take and if I were her defense team, I'd recommend to take the high road! There's no more money to be made, so Baez should consider this and lay it out for Inmate Anthony...JMHO

I feel Caylee's justice getting close and I feel Caylee will get justice..

There may be a glint of true emotion and tears there but not enough to convince me anyway that she doesn't deserve to face the DP for what she's done. So, how could it convince a jury?

Putting my dislike for KC aside, it's possible she had a tender moment. I concede she may have cried for Caylee today, but without a confession and a verbal display of remorse for the lives she has shattered, her tears mean nothing to me because there's no context for her tears. Heck, she could have been feeling a tender moment, but still feeling no remorse.

My opinion...

Caylee never went missing...she was murdered...she wasn't a missing child, she was a murdered child. I don't think the tears have anything to do with Caylee...KC cries for herself. jmo
bbm
I think that once the trial is underway the State will be driving home that point every chance it gets.

Yep, I noticed it. SHe avoided it because she knows that JP IS DP experienced and "quite frankly" JP don't play....

I was surprised JP let JA make the "irony is rich" comment directly while looking at the defense. It was AWESOME!!!! by the way.:croc:

I am bothered by the unprofessional way that JP speaks. "Wiff" instead of "with", "Pacific" instead of "Specific". I do not mean to be nit picking but it bothers me every time I hear him speak.

Can't wait to watch this moment again.

Might have also been the effects of what ever drug they put her on. It is no doubt she is on a relaxer of some sort. I can't say I blame the defense for doing this.

IS it me or is anyone else severely underwhelmed by the power of A Lyons arguments? I thought that as a teacher she would be much more articulate and definitely not so whiny...:twocents:

She is not dynamic, she is boring and whiny. For a professor and a lawyer with decades of practice I really expected her to "move me".

Can you quote where TL said she was crying at night over the loss of Caylee? I'd appreciate reading it, thank you lots.

ETA: don't quote it, send me a link, please, of him saying this. My PM box or visitor messages is fine, if it's not too much trouble.

It is in his OCSD interview. He woke up, she was on her laptop watching a video (the GGpa You Are My Sun Shine IIRC).

Don't recall if it happened more than once - the night sweats were 2 or 3 times - when he returned from NY. The crying statement is in this same interview.

PS you might want to edit your ETA re PM ;)

Ha, ha. Yeah, I've heard other people say that. Personally, I think his dialect is charming.

Justice for Caylee

Your post echoes my thoughts and I wish there was just one person that would say "Casey, come on now let's stop this circus and tell the truth." Where is that one person - ya know - the one that has morals and isn't out for their own fame and fortune.
