But wait, isn't she the one that's in nursing? She should be making at least some money. FWIW I always thought that of the 3 girls - Lindsey, Misty and Chelsea - that Chelsea looked more of the "druggie". Wonder if she was one of MC's and RC's suppliers?

I'm beginning to wonder if NG doesn't know something behind the scenes. She spent a lot more time on Ron's involvement in the drug deals tonight. I'm opening the door to discussing this so KEEP IT CONSTRUCTIVE!

Without bashing or complaining about NG's shows - did this strike anyone else?

I've been wondering if NG will use all the drug charges and video as a way to flip her tune, she keeps playing the "some sorry piece of traaaaash" video

Wonder IF the letter reveals the truth or is just another lie...Wonder IF she finally implicated Ronald Cummings?

Emeralgem if it contained the truth I'd be sooooo surprised. I mean I think Misty (like Casey) thinks she can play with LE. And I would seriously question her mental capacity if she is writing letters that she knows are read in the prison..... it makes no sense to me at all unless she is playing a game. Using this letter to get what she wants everyone to think is the truth out there. And I shake my head at that she still doesn't get it. Her life is gone or she talks now!

Well, they have to come out with an arrest for Haleighs murder before Rons court date, or he can only be testifying about the drug bust. If they make an arrest prior to Rons court date then he can testify in regards to his daughters murder. Or maybe I am wrong???

If he is testifying about the drug bust, what is he going to say? Yes, your honour, see that tape, that is Misty Croslin.
I really don't understand why they would need anyone to testify in regards to the drugs, that case is a no brainer.

If they are saying he will testify against Misty and/or Tommy, it will be strictly hearsay, as we all know very well Ron was at work or was he???

Unless, Ronald has EVIDENCE, would his testimony be of any value? Would it not be called hearsay?
If he has evidence, then he should be charged with withhold evidence.

If LE is going for this plea deal, IMO it's substantial regarding Haleigh. If his testimony goes on paper, it can be used at a later date should there be an arrest or arrests on Haleigh's case which is still an open investigation. It looks like they want an arrest before MC's court date or am I a little too optimistic?

His testimony must be in regard to Haleigh. LE has all they need to put these people away for the drug charges so, if they garner pertinent info in Haleigh's case, it maybe would be a fair trade in LE's eyes.

I don't know about that.
There are some strong stories out there about misty being asked to watch the kids that night.
That would infer they were not back together and she was just the babysitter....

Correct me if I'm wrong about the following:

I read R. threw M. against the wall and hit her in the stomach when she told him she may be pregnant. He then threw her and her cloths out of the trailer.
That's when M. went on the 3 day drug binge with WBG....whether R. caused M. to have a miscarriage has never been questioned.

After the 3 day binge, it was said, misty and ron were arguing because somebody wanted misty to babysit and ron said NO.

I suspect Tommy wanted M. to babysit, since Lindsy was at school and maybe T. wanted to go off with Joe.
(Maybe that is why tommy was at the mh that evening.)

Because Misty told Ron No to the babysitting, TN offered to pay Misty putting pressure on M. to babysit Ron's children that night. So TN paid so R. would get his way again....imo

IMO.....no deal should be offered RC, especially if it is concerning his "heart".....this makes me so angry!!! If there is anything that he knows, he should have told it to LE a very very long time ago....he should be charged, and made to pay LE for all of their search efforts, along with TES.....this just makes me so angry....just had to share...

LP sounds so matter of fact when he talks about Joe's clothes being dumped and retrieved by LE, he makes it sound like we've been hearing this from the beginning, it's the first I've heard this story. Then he goes on to clear Joe in his mind by saying if anything was found on Joe's clothes, Jo would be in jail. I've got a few new questions bothering me now, is this story true? and if it is why would Jo dump his clothes in the trash on his way home if he wasn't trying to get rid of something? Did anyone get the impression that LP got this info from Jo's travel friend??

It seems very strange, someone would stop at a gas station and throw their cloths/various items in a dumpster/trash on their way to Tennessee.

I'm sure it wasn't because he didn't like doing his laundry.

Wouldn't it be a coincidence if some of the cloths turn out to have been black?.

I think LE got this info from Joe.

Maybe Joe got rid of the evidence, since he was leaving Satsuma. A perfect opportunity to get the evidence far away form the LE's reach. Perhaps the other players learned of his betrayal and decided to concoct the story that Joe is the main perp.

I'm also having trouble with the story that timmy and chelsea are trying to sell the letter from misty for money to buy a car and here's why, don't you think someone would have bought that letter in a flash? I mean Leonard has laid out money to help the croslin's on several occasions, I would think if he knew t n c wanted a car in exchange for the letter he would have the letter, jmo

Misty's attorney has probably told Misty that he is going to ask for boot camp, drug school, or maybe even try to prove entrapment. If LE can get Ron to say he was with her when she sold drugs to others, (and not just the UC agent,) this will seal her fate. LE wants her attorney to stop giving Misty any hope of getting out of jail with just drug school, and an ankle monitor. They have to convince Misty and her attorney, that her charges are solid, and unless she spills her guts on Haleigh's case, she will spend the biggest part of her life in prison. Once she faces these facts, along with Ron turning on her, just maybe she will finally talk.
This is the only scenario I can come up with that would make any testimony from Ron worth a toot!

You're right he doesn't. He only answers yes to grandma when she asks is it Joe? But the last 30 secs of the call if you go back and listen, its right after the jail recording says "You have 1 minute remaining for this call" Tommy states, "I mean it don't tell HIMnothin, cuz for real guys, HE'LLtry to run!" ... This CANNOT be about Ron, as he's incarcerated. It's the one sentence in the WHOLE conversation that shows it IS NOT RON and is Joe that he is speaking of just as Tommy answered YES to Gma question of was it Joe.
