thats not exculpatory evidence. all that would imply is that casey had someone move the body for her.

exculpatory evidence is more like someone seeing caylee with the imaginary nanny or some other potential suspect, or physical evidence tying the so called suspect to the crime scene.

not exculpatory if the remains were placed there when Casey couldn't have done it? Ok.....

...Oh, I see, the conspiracy theories, Casey the puppetmaster getting people to move remains for her? I can't really get behind those theories, sorry! But you never know

didn't the new judge rule that she didn't have to be present @ each hearing from now on if she doesn't want to. i think this new judge reversed JSS ruling on this (which i believe was put into place to eliminate this very thing of having rulings reversed on appeal as she could claim she wasn't present and defense didn't act on her behalf).

He only excused her from Status Hearings. This is a Motions hearing.

There must be another reason (e.g. she might be ill, etc..).

Casey is excused from the status hearings only. We don't know the reason why Casey is not there but it could be as simple as she is ill.

yes, i mean its not like george and cindy covered for her other felonies is it?

and one of them moving caylees remains isnt nearly as ridiculous as the theories about 'zanny' roy, jesse amy or any other pathetic suspect (real or imaginary) baez comes up with.

InSession just said wait nevermind George Anthony is not there..only Cindy Anthony and NO show for Casey Anthony. The judge didn't want any issues they think there is some GOOD reason that she is not there, they are speculating she is sick.

Waiver could be used later by KC to say, "But my attorney didn't let me go to hearings."
Hopefully Perry took care of this at the sidebar. Apparently CA might not have known that KC was not coming to court, either.
