I thought KC was excused only on hearings involving JC payments?
thats not exculpatory evidence. all that would imply is that casey had someone move the body for her.
exculpatory evidence is more like someone seeing caylee with the imaginary nanny or some other potential suspect, or physical evidence tying the so called suspect to the crime scene.
didn't the new judge rule that she didn't have to be present @ each hearing from now on if she doesn't want to. i think this new judge reversed JSS ruling on this (which i believe was put into place to eliminate this very thing of having rulings reversed on appeal as she could claim she wasn't present and defense didn't act on her behalf).
Kc works for me since I presume she is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Seems proper. IMO

not exculpatory if the remains were placed there when Casey couldn't have done it?
...Oh, I see, the conspiracy theories, Casey the puppetmaster getting people to move remains for her? I can't really get behind those theories, sorry! But you never know
I hope the Judge does not rule the defense doesn't have to reveal how the money is being spent. That would be fine if the tax payers weren't footing the bill.
