Mason saying later statements by JJ sound like they may have differed from the original statements. They'd like therefore to hear the recording.
If the body was moved there later, although it would not necessarily mean that the defendant could not have killed Caylee, it could mean she didn't, or that another party was involved, it does create a body of reasonable doubt that they need to know more about
Describing another case in which a victim made a surreptitious recording.... the judge is asking for the outcome of that case, Mr. Mason checking it
It was the defense that conducted this interview. Even if they don't have the recording, they should certainly know what was said. Don't understand why they act like they don't know what Jordan said, so what did he say?
