I have lost the thread of Mr Baez's argument. What exactly 'is' it that he wants? :waitasec:

He wants anything and everything related to the testing, bench notes and samples so he can go digging in the dirt for months and poke holes ..... hoping for that needle in a haystack.

He wants bench notes from the laboratory's. Which is not required to be turned over under the discovery rules. The SA does not have these in it's possession. So JB wants the SA to get them for him. JB hasn't even taken their deposition yet. It's very very very premature to ask for these items.

Think about it. By falling, she:

* Doesn't have to attend the hearing. We know she doesn't want to.

* Will probably be moved to the medical wing, where conditions are better.

It's a win / win. Betcha we're gonna see Clumsy Casey at every hearing.

No kidding, I'm sitting here thinking this motion is a thinly veiled request for the court to require the state to submit to the defense a comprehensive questionaire for the Oak Ridge deposition.

JB...I didn't know I had to add so many new witness...the state keeps adding witnesses too...I can't fully comply..because............

JB talking about the state having just added 40 witnesses, submitting for court's consideration regarding the defense meeting the deadline for the trial date.

Judge saying all witnesses should be listed by Aug 31

All depositions should be completed by Oct 31

if there are others beyond that the court will take them case by case as they come in
