I am so looking forward to the hearing on these 911 calls on the 15th! Cindy has lost her mind in this video. She cannot get on the stand and behave this way or like she did in the civil deops, speaking over the person, telling the person what they do and do not need, what she feels is relevant, I have never seen anything like it. Judge Perry just will not allow it. Brad better sit her down and have a really long heart to heart with her about controlling herself. Here Yuri asked for her credit card records, she said "I already looked at them, there is nothing on them". He tells her, you see, that is the answer I cannot have. Who in the world does she thinks she is?
Great Video The World According! Respectfully Quoted
I have never, ever seen that before! After seeing that video you posted of Cindy and George visiting Casey in jail(the "lost" footage) and now seeing this one of Cindy: I see the two CMAs handle people questioning their reality(lies) the same way.
I know I have seen this around lately...(apple meet tree). In the jail tape, when George and Cindy try to bring up Caylee-Casey uses tactic "do you know how
I feel?" And, when they say yes they understand she continues, "yeah but do you know what
I am going through?" It is at this time ICA switches her story to say she is "left out of the loop" and is "all alone here." After previously telling her parents there is no more information she can give(to help find her daughter), she has seen it all and knows it all because Jose keeps her updated.
It's the pity me routine and is the same song Cindy starts to sing here with the Detectives about being a grieving grandmother.
Here Yuri asked for her credit card records, she said "I already looked at them, there is nothing on them". He tells her, you see, that is the answer I cannot have. When asked why she did not provide LE with the credit card receipts she may as well used the same excuse for all it's worth, "Don't you understand that I am a grieving grandmother?" What does Cindy's grieving have to do with her cooperating with those that were trying to find her granddaughter? Is Cindy grieving because she understands and believes Caylee is dead? I thought she thought she was and is alive?
I do not see how Cindy can be in denial while she also claims to be grieving. Casey will kufunkle all your facts with the cunning use of crazy: and she learned the way from Cindy. (Obviously I stole that from Vallhall :blowkiss: ) As I was watching Cindy use all her ways and means to avoid answering the officer that quote ran through my mind. Always about them and never about Caylee. And, that was imo Caylee's experience too.
Who in the world does she thinks she is? ( I feel ya! :furious: )
In the other video(the news report)it was said that we could know if the 911 calls will be admissible soon or we might not know until the trial. So does that mean the judge will hear about it on the 15th but we don't know when we would hear his ruling, or that he can take whatever time to make that ruling? TIA.
It's funny that you put up the video of Cindy in anticipation of her taking the stand at the next hearing. I am going off what I have heard repeated and do not understand for myself why Cindy would be taking the stand. But, in reading about that here, I had the mind to re watch Cindy's Morgan and Morgan depo. It was so outrageous! IMHO. Mostly I have a hard time believing Cindy would or will take the stand, just for the pure fact that she will not be able to "get away" with said tatics. Does she have to testify, or am I jumping the gun and just the tapes will be played?
I am very interested. I'd be happy to be pointed in the direction where this would be talked about more. TIA.
