I am so looking forward to the hearing on these 911 calls on the 15th! Cindy has lost her mind in this video. She cannot get on the stand and behave this way or like she did in the civil deops, speaking over the person, telling the person what they do and do not need, what she feels is relevant, I have never seen anything like it. Judge Perry just will not allow it. Brad better sit her down and have a really long heart to heart with her about controlling herself. Here Yuri asked for her credit card records, she said "I already looked at them, there is nothing on them". He tells her, you see, that is the answer I cannot have. Who in the world does she thinks she is?

Thanks for the reminder, TWA, of what Cindy is like.

Watching these videos, for me, it is easy to pick up the manipulations Cindy practices, but it is so much more difficult to stay on track when you are actually involved in the conversation with a person like this. Unfortunately, I know from way too much personal experience.

I hope the state takes lots and lots of deep breaths and keeps their patience firmly in hand when they have to question her, because in my experience, people like this feed off the annoyance and irritation they bring out in others. On the plus side, if Baez questions her, he will invariably get on her wrong side, and she will eat him alive.

If she acts like this on the stand, it is going to hurt Casey way more than help her.

I would agree the 911 call where CA says she has a person to be arrested for grand theft she could argue was a ploy to get the cops involve and/or for leverage for KC to take her to Caylee. Not the last hysterical call though. And I think the first calmer ones need to come in to show the progression.

Now, imagine that type of exchange times ten on the 15th. What were they thinking saying they wanted to call witnesses? If they call her I will be interested to see Casey's reaction to the realization that we are not on Hope Springs Drive anymore where what Cindy says goes.

I posted in the latest Chaney thread, that the more I read of this latest news from the defense team, that I am reading vibes of a plea coming. Actually, on the 15th, I am hoping that CA just spills her words and spits out info that puts her/GA/LA in close quarters with ICA, puts an end to this circus and ICA where she deserves ...... walking down that hallway.

It is shocking to me, her blaming Jesse, shocking! Even now.
She does not understand at all the nature of what the detectives are doing. They are running down every lead, of every lie her daughter has told them. They do not have time to come over to see Mrs. Anthony every day. They are submitting computers and cameras and cell phones to be searched, they are submitting evidence to the labs, they are interviewing her fiends and neighbors, back to back, they are giving polygraphs, they are fielding calls about tips, they are organizing searches. They do not work as Cindy Anthony's personal assistant. She sits here and tells Yuri that "You blew it with me". She tells Yuri he does not get the credit card statements he has asked for because SHE has reviewed them and determined there is nothing there they need to see. She is angry with the detectives that they are not at her home once a day giving her an oral report. Was she the Queen in her former life?


Detective Yuri Melich in a calm still voice trying to get Cindy Anthony to focus

"Listen, pretend this isn't your daughter

All the inconsistencies;

Beginning on page 61 of 361. CA discusses the smell in the car and clearly identifies it as "not pizza". If you read beginning at page 62 then you will enter the discussion of the 911 call.

On page 65 line 10...
"but I'm not frantic like the third one"

page 66 line 1 and 2
"I could tell in her voice I knew something was wrong."

page 66 line 8
"I mean I was trying to plead with them, there's a reason now why now is an urgent thing. The car had something to do with Caylee not being....here."

Then she goes on to confirm that was her initial reaction.

Her attorney would have insisted that Cindy be given a subpoena to testify in the Hearing on the 15th.
Only with a subpoena, Cindy will get "use immunity" - so that whatever she says on the stand on the 15th, cannot be used against her.
But if LE/Prosecutors have "other" evidence to use against Cindy for any crime, they can use the other evidence, if they choose to.
I sure do not see how she can get on the stand, under OATH, on the 15th, and LIE about her mental state when she made the 911 calls??? Without committing perjury?
