Uh, because her step son, the one she says she raised from infancy, is missing and she is doing zero to help find him, and she was the last to see him, and she lied about her whereabouts that day. I would think she would have other things to concern herself about then finding an immediate replacement for the husband she tried to have killed.

Just read page 11, and the word "abduct" is used in quotations. Could it be that she was dumb enough to think she could "trust" this gym desk clerk and actually used the word "abduct" with her? If so, it abstractly fits in with some of the earlier theories posted about Kyron where TMH spirits him away under the guise of "protecting" (her possible story, not that I think he needed protecting) him from KH or somesuch. I would love to know what exactly was said to the clerk. Like, word for word. If she used the word "abduct", I will burn the da** fence down.

Methinks the media will be on her ( the clerk) soon enough.

But a friend from high school who helped organize a vigil for Kyron earlier this month said he has spoken with him. Michael Cook declined to say how Horman was doing.

The article said that Terri did not know him before Kyron disappeared. Then again, it seems hubby didn't know everything she was up to. The more I hear, the less I am able to give her the benefit of the doubt...

One thing I'm inferring from this release is that if she is asking someone else to lie to her attorney I'm pretty sure she is not telling Houze the truth either.

If LE has enough to compare texts and behaviors between TH and landscaper and Mr. C they have a lot of documentation we weren't aware of. I think she knows exactly what she is doing and is not giving up with her initial plan.

Doesn't the "sealing" only prevent public disclosure though? I would bet some big time money that KH showed it to DY and TY at the very least. I would assume that TH has the same right to show to her family and support group.

I don't think it works that way. The order to seal the restraining order specified people and categories of people who could view the order. Families and support groups not included.

Well, she certainly has a legal right to do so - that's not in question. However, the fact that that is a priority now for her certainly speaks volumes about her commitment to finding Kyron and straightening out the legal debacles in her life, i.e., pending divorce, custoday dispute, no visitation with her daughter, multiple failed lie detector tests, etc. In her position, I cannot personally see myself becoming sexually involved or even cyber-sexting with another man at such a time.
