Oh man! So from the time Kyron goes missing, she strikes up a friendship with one of her husband's childhood friends and begins a relationship with him of some sort. How do you go from grieving step mother to text sex to taking photos of "graphic sexual activity."

I hope I'm not being offensive, but its like this woman is trying to star in her own version of Desperate Housewives.

Something tells me this isn't her first rodeo. The order also mentioned that she behaved in the same manner with the landscaper who says she tried to hire him to kill her husband.
Monday's court filing also stated that police had told Kaine that Terri's "sexual overtures to Mr. Cook resemble those made to the man Respondent (Terri Horman) attempted to hire to murder Petitioner (Kaine)."

Agreed, however the fact that TH showed up at the gym when KH was working out and telling the clerk that TH was picking the Baby K up. I think this is what provoked the RO.

Actually, I just read the actual petition....it states that Baby K was not even AT the day care when this happened. So, even more of a non-issue. TH asked the clerk to let her know IF Baby K was brought in at a later time. You can't really violate an as yet to be filed RO by finding out that your child is NOT EVEN THERE at the time.

The order says that Terri took the restraining order to Cook's home, where Cook took photos the document, which included Kaine's new address. It also states that Cook Google mapped the address.

In the motion, it was alleged Terri also exchanged hundred of text messages with Cook and several photographs of graphic sexual activity since June 30. Cook was a high school friend of Kaine Horman. Kaine told authorities that Terri and Cook did not know each other before Kyron's disappearance and were now in a relationship.

Amazing, eh? I think many of us believe she has personality issues - gee, I don't know how I could say this and not break TOS, so I think it will go without saying. Expect more of the same is all I can say as with everything we've learned about her it's all about 'me'.

Was she trying to get info from Mr C or do you think she had lusted for him all along? I wonder if it is the person DY and KH thought of during that last Presser of theirs that might have helped her ???

I also have only heard/saw from other sources that 2 poly's were completed, one walked out on.

Not saying TH is innocent just not ready to convict her either

What part of this story did we need to know? How does this help to bring Kryon home?

It states she tried to take the baby "before" the RO was served, nothing illegal about that. Last I checked there is nothing illegal about sending pictures to anyone you choose. As for showing the RO to her friend, I am sure that KH showed it to his friends too.

Who has the right to intercept her calls and photos and make them public WHEN it has nothing to do with the case?

I am sure this was done to place Terri, once again, in a bad light. Whatever the reason I am shocked she is doing this however part of me thinks that this is a set-up. It has nothing to do with Kryon missing.

A restraining order is in effect the second it is signed by the court and entered in the minutes--it doesn't have to be served to be in effect. I don't think the import of the story was to help bring Kyron home. It's newsworthy because one child is missing, allegedly Terri tried to have Kaine killed, and the basis of the restraining order is that K may be in danger as well. Terri's lawyer has indicated she will not contest that restraining order. That Terri wanted to know when Kaine was there with K indicates that she wasn't there to pick her up in the normal course of things. It was illegal because the restraining order was in effect regardless of whether or not she was aware of it at the time. LE has the right to intercept her phone calls, texts, etc. as apparently they have a search warrant for the same. As far as I can tell no one has made the actual content of those calls, texts, photos, public. The fact that they occurred is relevant to this particular family law matter--because Kaine's lawyer has to explain the type and depth of the relationship to the court re the individual who illegally took photos of the docs, and looked up Kaine's address, etc.

O/T..Years ago a woman here in my city hired someone to kill her husband and make it look like a robbery while she and her husband's daughter attended a concert..
They botched making it look like a robbery attempt when they brutally murdered him by shoving a plastic bag down his throat with a broom handle...
LE knew she was guilty but couldn't prove it so they brought in this good looking undercover guy, and I mean good looking... LE knew her weakness..He got the truth out of her...... She is still in jail and that was over 35 years ago..JMO

It's one thing to think about sex in privacy after such an extreme incident, but to actually act out is extremely inappropriate. Most rational folks take some time to process their prior relationships before moving into another, especially when they're under the scrutiny of the public.

Uh, because her step son, the one she says she raised from infancy, is missing and she is doing zero to help find him, and she was the last to see him, and she lied about her whereabouts that day. I would think she would have other things to concern herself about then finding an immediate replacement for the husband she tried to have killed.

I truly believe that any single one of us here on WS has spent more time worrying about Kyron than she has. This I do understand.

One other thing I found interesting...it is stated in the order that the friend looked up KH's new address on the internet to map out where it was. He claims he never went to the house.

And we would only know this if LE was monitoring his computer activity...a good thing.

Also I read that these texts included messages saying how much she missed both K and Kyron. I dont think she spilled the beans to MC.
